Great service. Best shop in Charlotte!
Been going here for years, always honest about what the vehicle needs and with reasonable prices.
They will take care of you.
Ive been going there for years! Have never had a bad experience. Well established family business. Had them change my water pump timing belt among other things took less than 5hrs. Pretty darn quick for this type of job. Reasonable prices.
My boyfriend and I were traveling back to New York when our headlight when out. We stopped here and despite being closed, Andrew and the owner stopped what they were doing to help us. Andrew is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Andrew changed the headlight and charged us very little, for that we are grateful and would reccomend their services.
People are friend and do your work right
I took my car to their shop to replace the front disk and pads. They broke ONE of the LUG NUTS and charged me $20 for the labor plus $5 for ONE LUG NUT. $20 for the labor is completely ridiculous and unfair, besides it was their mistake in unscrewing the nut. Their initial price may be fair, but their final charge is NOT fair. You could find other mechanics with the same quality and price. I DO NOT recommend their service.
I have my car serviced there twice, and I plan to go back just as soon as I get my funds together. Friendly service, prices appeared reasonable.
Ive taken my car here twice and have received good work and fair pricing.
They were very rude to me and my mother. They were wanting me to pay cash for them fixing my car instead of me paying with a card like i usially do when i go there. He was disrespectful to my mother so she told him she just wanted the car he refused to give me my car and refused to give me the keys just so i could go look into my car. So my mother called the police and thats when he gave the police the paperwork where he filed a mechanics lein on my car which we new nothing about and not once did he say anything about it when i called him the day before i went up there to give him the money. When my father called him the day before asking him was there any charges for storage he said know all i needed to do was come pay for him to fix my car and order the part. So being that he filed a mechanics lein even if i would have paid him he wasnt going to give me my car and i would have been out of $1300. I would not recommend anybody to take there care there unless you are dealing with the owner and apparently hes never there.
Would give zero if I could. Met the guy at the gym, he lured me into getting my truck TOWED to his shop by offering free diagnostics. He said he will check it for free and quote me a price. I had the truck towed to his shop, went there personally to talk to the IGNORANT manager named Raphael. Raphaels words I will call and let you know before I even touch it. The next day I recieved a voicemail saying my total is $407 for a WATERPUMP AND THERMOSTAT replacement. The parts collectively cost $50 at advance auto not to mention the discount their shops gets as a business. So the lunatic Raphael wanted to charge $350 for a 30 minute job.I objected that I didnt agree to have any of that done. Raphael said he can take off the two parts and put mine back on. But he tore my truck apart and left parts in there with half the bolts missing. So basically wasted my time and energy to have the truck towed back and forth. He overpriced the job with alternative motives. He wanted to buy my truck with a cheap ass lowball offer and I told him no. Id rather junk it then sell it to you.The picture below shows the thermostat, waterpump, fan, serpentine belt and half the bolts missing.
My mechanic.....love them
Very good peoples!!
Quick analysis of problem, parts and labor half of what dealership quoted.
Great service and pricing
