The Liberty Group has been an amazing support system since I started working for them in April.Not only do they find you work, they look out for you, encourage you, educate you, help you grow.They give you all the sources and support you need to be successful in a job. They check on you weekly and make sure you know your assignments and where to go. They call in weekly to see how you are? And if they can help any. They guide you through any situation you need help on. All of the staff is incredible and very knowledgeable. They all have worked with me at some point and they behave been so wonderful, making sure I have what I need to be successful.I come from a field of retail and have had no prior experience to the leasing field. They have helped mold me, into making me successful and creating goals for me to reach, so I may move onto the next level.If you are looking for a job position in the leasing field and want to grow and learn. Ive had an tremendous experience being part of the company. There are many pros that beat the cons.Jackie who is one of the staffing coordinators is AMAZING! She keeps it very transparent, reminds you your goals, works very hard to help you get an assignment, & expresses her appreciation for your hard work & being reliable! If youre wanting to make money, you need to express that to the staffing coordinators that youre not here to play any games but make money & hope to get hired on with a company!I will be honest, winter season is VERY hard to get an assignment so dont get angry with the staffing coordinator; thus, they cant control companies not needing temp staffing. Thats typically because winter season is the last quarter and theyre on a strict budget report!LOVE YOU JACKIE!

WORST staffing company in the industry. They ONLY care about the clients, NOT the employees. The office staff is TOTALLY unprofessional and rude. If you are a qualified industry professional in the multi family industry, there are other agencies that will value YOU, as an employee and not treat you like just another timesheet for them.

Imma keep it 100% totally and completely honest i started out with 8 months experience as a maintenance tech with no epa..... confusing right? Well i had to take a step back to being a grounds keeper to get back to a maintenance tech through liberty group. This helped me out a lot because it showed my work ethic amongst multiple complexes i could thank the company between 2017-2018 because in this industry techs are not appreciated like they shpuld be just treated as worn out tools in the beginning for many companies but in being with this company i learned the good companies the horrible companies so if i refer anyone trust and believe it will be to liberty group......

Exciting opportunity, but not so promising. Definitley would recommend having a part time job, because they lack assignments to actually gain the experience. In my training class from my understanding the goal of the Liberty Group Staff was to assist with assignments in gaining experience. Unfortunately for me that did not happen not to say My experience isnt everyone elses in my training class. Non the less I was that eager go getter that was excited to work and called all the time and all I was told was that I was put on the available list?? It took sometime for the first assignment. I was excited when I got it!! Was told that it was a temp to perm that the cm would take me under her wing and train me. Well got there and was there for two weeks, gained several renters and worked really hard and was let go because was told it was a temp job for only two weeks. Liberty group knew nothing about the time that the complex planned for me to stay. They never called me for another assignment. I reached out to a supervisor and she tried contacting me but ive been busy to speak with her. But all in all the people are very nice. I just wish I got the opportunity to explore.
