Thank you JON PARKS!My experience with Lingo Staffing starts in a very non-traditional way.I had been using ZipRecruiter to apply for jobs. Some of those listing were being handled by, you guessed it Lingo Staffing. I applied several times for a variety of jobs that, aside from the automated response from ZipRecuiter, I was hearing nothing. Because its important that I find the right job I have been following up with all possible leads. Logic dictates that I should contact Lingo directly. Who knows, they could have jobs available that arent public yet.Enter JON PARKS.My attempt to contact Lingo through a Google search led me to the Charlotte N.C. office. Mind you I live in Roanoke Va.JON did all he could to help me. He told me he would contact Lingos office in Roanoke and put me in touch with the right people. I believe he told me this shortly after noon on a Thursday.By Thursday evening Gina from the Roanoke office had reached out to me via email. She wanted me to contact her about possible employmentOn Friday morning shortly after 9:00 Chris, also from the Roanoke office, had contacted me.By 3:30 PM I had completed all the necessary paperwork/interview/drug screen etc.It remains to be seen how well this turns out but on the front end. After my staffing agency immensely and unforgivingly dropped the ball I realized the obvious. Lingo stands far ahead of the rest.Constant communication. Pleasant and inviting attitude and atmosphere. Which for me meant a lot because my past experiences with other agencies were not as thorough and exaggerated the truth about jobs.Kudos Lingo Staffing!
