This place has great customer service! They did my taxes very quickly and were very knowledgeable (you can tell they know what theyre doing). I had several questions about the process and they always responded to me within a couple of hours. Ill definitely be a repeat customer!

This place was previously Liberty Tax but I prefer them to Liberty. The people who work there are very nice and they always offer refreshments and snacks while you are having your taxes filed.

The tax preparer that didnt help us was Pamela Williams and if you need a tax service of any kind you want to avoid this place! She is by far the worst tax consultant Ive ever encountered. Her sense of urgency is nonexistent. Her knowledge of new tax law is nonexistent and her customer service toolbox is empty. Oh did I mention that her ability to maintain critical tax records is nonexistent? Would give 0 stars but thats not an option.
