This is my first time doing business with Tax PartnersMs,Lorena take care of my 2020 Tax refund and I suppose to get some good amount of refund but sadly im been waiting to see that amount of my Bank account since March. I went to the Office several times but the answer was the same still on processAfter that I waited for few months and now Im trying to reach out with them but no one answers the call even I went to the Office several times as they changed office hours but still they were closed. Now IRS send a Bills of $465 that I need to pay back IRSIt sucksI would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience when I went in to do my taxes- they were truly lifesavers and made everything very easy. They did such a great job- Mr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and wants to not only complete your taxes but teach you stuff along the way. I had a messy tax year and he did fantastic.

I highly recommend for ANYONE and EVERYONE to come here. The staff and Lorena are amazing! And Also get the job done quicker and better. I am extremely satisfied with there work!

I filed my taxes in January 2020 for the 2019 year with Lemuel Jones. I was supposed to get my refund in February, then March came, and April, then May and nothing. Called the IRS myself since its ridiculous to get an email or text back (Im out of country so going in is not an option.) Was told the tax preparer put a wrong year W2 on the refund and it had to be taken off to process the amount. Which they shouldve known before filing it, or you would think! Fast forward to October 2020, and I finally get him in office to try and fix this mess. Mr. Jones proceeds to fix it on the phone, says it will take up to 6 weeks since its now filed by paper and tells me I had to pay $600? (taken out of refund) and wants me to send his $250 payment through cashapp and I dont send it, as I dont even have the money to pay partly since I still need the refund, and also because I dont trust it actually getting done correctly to pay that upfront. Anyways, were now in January 2021 and I still have no refund, no idea what is going on with taxes and having to search for someone else to amend my return as this company seems unqualified to do so. Also, tax preparer put HIS bank account info on the return, had I not had this problem and the return was processed, he couldve easily gotten all the money direct deposited to his account! Dont trust this place! You will be waiting forever for your return and lucky if you get it! Even if the W2 was an honest mistake, its impossible to reach anyone to resolve it! They made the mistake, it should be free but you still cant expect them to make it right because they dont care and dont know what they are doing.

My experience at Tax Partners was refreshing. They fees are much cheaper than Liberty Tax Service and Jackson Hewitt. Also, the tax accountant is helping me to prepare for home ownership.

I went to this company and they filed all of my taxes under the wrong yr. Now Im left with owing until I get it rectified. Some way somehow it will be fixed or I will be reporting to the better business Bureau and to whomever will shut him down for good. How do you come out of filing your taxes and then owing because of the tax preparer slip up? Trust me... DO not do your taxes with this place.
