It is hard to know where to start.I was referred to Elite by a trusted colleague who had experience with other property management companies, and she warned me about using companies other than Elite. She told stories about some companies that made it difficult for the owners to get paid, and highly recommended Elite. I met with Brian, and found him to be trustworthy and professional.So, after a few years of managing several rental houses myself, I signed on with Elite - with Brian and Shelley. That was in 2015, and I have stayed with them, and never thought about changing.Even after this many years, I still find them very honest and great at managing properties. I had almost no turnover with them.Shelley is still there and has been terrific with the tenants, keeping me informed, and she and Brian have offered solid advice to me when I needed it. The office is very well run, I get statements and deposits right on time, and when there is a repair issue, they take care of it. They communicate any issue right away.I am out of the rental business now, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Elite. I can truly say I will miss working with them. They are quality people who care about you and doing a great job.

I called Elite Team Realty & Property Management, because I had someone to enter the property I’m renting one morning unbeknown to me. Elite Team Realty always notify me whenever they are sending someone over and this particular morning I woke up to find a stranger in my living room. I immediately called Elite Team Realty and the police and let them know what had happened, David and his team made sure that I was safe and had all of the locks changed in the home. I was able to sleep soundly and assured this will not happen again.. David and the team at Elite are very responsive to my needs whenever I call. Elite took over our property when the original owner we were renting from sold the house we reside in. All went well, it was an adjustment going from private renting to a managed rental, but Shelley and Charles (mostly who I dealt with) made it an overall pleasant experience. They answered a lot of my pesky questions and are lovely southern folks. The house we rent is now under a different property manager nearby and I miss the Elite team in Charlotte, NC very much. The new management company pales in comparison to the Elite management. We will be moving and hopefully find an opening with Elite in late spring 2020. Keeping our fingers crossed!!! Elite was always responsive to requests and questions, and the team did their job well! These days, compared to 25 years ago, people are slack at doing their jobs and staying on top of the ballgame. Thats the last thing anyone renting a house wants from the management company!!! Thank you, Elite.

We are at our second year with them. Their amazingly quick responses to requests way faster than the other companies we have had in the past. Very attentive, their people are very courteous as well. We have extended our stay with them and definitely would recommend to any friends/family if needed.

I called and emailed this office for over a week (just to schedule a viewing, per their rental rules) and no one ever got back in contact with me. I was very bummed when I found out the house had been rented. It could have possibly been my home but no response from this office caused me to lose a great opportunity.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism shown me by Elite Team Realty and Property Management. They received my account in a complete mess! First I had not received any money from the tenant for months! The property manager had lost complete control. Then Elite Team had to evict the tenants. That went smooth and very cost effective. Then Elite Team Realty set up the rehabilitation of the property and got it rented in less than 30 days. Everything went smoothly and as planned. I recommend Elite Team Realty as i had being there tenant and due to some unforeseen personal reasons i had to break my lease and move out, i contacted Shelley and she was very helpful in guiding us and finding new tenant as our replacement within the notice period and also she was courteous enough to release and refund my entire security deposit. Also during our period of living in that house we had minor HVAC and Dryer issues which was resolved and taken car immediately by them. Been renting from Elite for 3 years now. I am very happy with my experience.

I called this company at the end of August. I needed help with renting my home. Shelly came by my home and told us she would be able to rent the home. To date she has not brought anyone to view my home. She does not return phone calls and was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Been good so far. Contacted Shelley, she showed our place, found a renter and has been responsive to problems, when needed. So has the maintenance team which has helped resolve two problems with our place (HVAC/electrical) related and done the repairs quickly and at a reasonable rate. So far, so good.The main issues we have had are with the lousy HOA management folks (not Elite). Wish our HOA responded to our requests as quickly. They basically ignore us.We are out of the country, so are really must be hands-off most of the time.(And, yes, Im real. I just dont want to get spam email for writing here, so dont send me any...)
