Darrell and Ethan were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They were early, efficient, respectful, and thorough. Our house was not an easy task and they did an excellent job. Our house and windows sparkle. Many of our neighbors have commented on what a wonderful job they did. I used them to clean the windows because they said that they clean the sills too. Nick cleaned the gutters and he was great. He was cordial and polite and explained everything to me as he cleaned. He was also very careful and had us move our cars to avoid any falling debris. His partner was not as motivated in cleaning the windows. He didn’t appear to want to be there either. He missed the closet window and the bottoms of the most of the windows are still dirty. I won’t be using them again.

Installed Gutter Guards. Did a great job. The service team was very professional, courteous and on time. They returned to make an adjustment to one guard and completed it to my satisfaction. Highly recommend their service. I will use them again for their other services.

I had an appointment now for over 2 months, I had an appointment on June second between 12-2. I called around 1 and asked if they would text me when they were on there way. They said yes they do well at 4 I called the office the girl was so rude and said they not coming till tomorrow. I was not too happy. Well the next day I got a call around 1130 and they told me the gentlemen’s truck broke down he won’t be able to make it. I told her I needed my windows done because my daughter is graduating the response I got blew me away. She than told me well I don’t know when we can get you in we are very busy. Well why is it my fault he broke down we have a business in indian trail and if we EVER pulledThat we would not have customers. I flipped on the girl and I was recommended to use them. Well they will never use them again and I will make sure I let people know just what they are all about. Arrived as scheduled and did a great job overall. They were polite and careful with the draperies and venetian blinds. I would have appreciated a more thorough job on the window sills. I had no screens to deal with, so it shouldnt have been a problem. Other than that everything was OK. I will use them again.

I have a high, technically tricky solarium that requires some expertise to approach, and Squeegee Pro lets me reserve a specific technician who has demonstrated the ability to handle this project over time. He (and they) have done an excellent job for me. I reserve visits a year ahead of time in order to get this specific guy. My windows sparkle after he has finished.

Technicians were personable, they did an excellent job of cleaning the house exterior and outbuilding, which consisted of brick and hardiplank and they explained thoroughly what they did as I inspected the finished product. I had my windows inside and out done, as well as gutter polishing. They were on time and did a fantastic job. My gutters shine so much that I need sunglasses to look at them now. They took their time on windows and gutters and when they came into my house they took their shoes off to not ruin my floors. They may be priced a little higher than other companies but was worth every penny. I will def. be using their service again in the future.

I work for a company that employs them and they are a train wreck. We had a guy that did a great job but didnt come as often as he was supposed to. Then we had a guy that looked like a young version of the Vegas shooter, and he did a terrible job, and was a jerk about it. Finally, this week, a girl came, said she was a manager and with the company 10 years. She did phenomenal and wish yall could find more people like her. She alone got yall that second star.

Have used Squeegee Pros 2 times since moving to NC. Only 1 worker came yesterday, but he was courteous and careful anDC cslled before arrival. We had only the outside cleaned, but he had to come inside where we have plantation shutters and remove the 1/2 screens first, and move a couple pieces of furniture, then replace screens after finished. We have a 2 story with basement walkout, so a lot of windows and ladder work.

The Lake Norman facility must be closed permanently. I have called the past two days and left messages....no return call, nothing. Last year I used this company and they left my hose running in the back yard and we did not notice it for quite a few days, once the lake was formed! They did do the right thing and sent us a check for $50.00, but now they appear to be closed. Onto the next company I guess...
