I came here 5 separate times for TSA pre check. Each time I went, the person who completes this service was not there. The number does not work to call to see if they are there prior to going. The last time I went, during business hours, the doors were locked. Don’t waste your time.

Doesn’t actually exist. Literally closed all hours of day. Mailman says someone picks up mail but mysteriously never opens. Avoid scheduling anything here. I suspect the positive reviews are fakes

Was able to get in and out at around 10-15 minutes. Phil was able to process my drug test and get me out fast! Other places in the area have taken all day. Im impressed by the time, professionalism, and quality of work provided by Phil and the other staff members.

Phil the lab tech, was very professional, no pressure kind of guy. Made me feel comfortable and completed my testing in a very timely manner. If I have to do another screening, in the future I will definitely suggest this place!

I had a rough morning and the test collector took alot of my shoulders by being so friendly and making me feel comfortable. The staff overall was friendly and professional. I have not taken a drug test in a while, but I would say this was my best experience. I was in and out and was able to make it to work on time.

Was scheduled for 11 am, at 12 pm still sitting in waiting room. If you have an option to go to other place, use other options, save your time

Phil was very unprofessional, and unengaged. To top it off i got there at 11:45 told me the cost was $35 which i didnt have a problem with. He then told me an ATM was in 10 walking distance, like i was going to walk in a neighborhood im not familiar with. Returned 15 minutes later after driving to ATM to find out he went to lunch. He could have simply said hell be at lunch until 1, yes thats what time he returned, and i would have been fine. But when he gets back hes running and rushing saying he hadnt seen his parents in a long time, no apology nothing....rude i will forward this to my employer because this isnt the only place in Charlotte to have a drug test.

If your in a rush to get in and out for a drug test . This is the place to go. There are hardly any lines here for drug testing. Phil, the drug testing collector was so nice and was able to get me in and out.

Wow! This is the worst drug testing center I have ever been to! Office was messy, claptrap and dirty, bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was in a room the size of a small closet, which had a sliding door (not sure if it even locked) and the guy who worked there stood on the other side the whole time. Further, he did not wear gloves while handling specimens, seemed extrememly bored and was not very professional. Unbelievable.

Very unprofessional.Guy was playing fortnight on his phone while trying to get test done.Then he wasnt sure if he got the right code for the kind of test.All that because hes in a rush trying not to lose the game.

Called my son after 5pm regarding taking a UA, when the local lab closed at 4:30pm. Then called back with threatening voicemail about refusal to take the UA.
