This is a lab in the office of a novant health office. They only perform labs that their doctor ordered. You cannot go here with labs from anyone but their physicians. This is not posted on the website or listed anywhere.

HORRIBLE. I’m terrified of needles and was very obviously nervous. Went in and had my paperwork on my phone although my doctor ordered the test to them so it should have been in the system. They couldn’t print it or let me send it to them. They told me to go across the street and print it at office max then come back. Did that and returned within about 15 mins and they were closed. This was an awful experience. Do not use this location.

Lab Corps in SteelCreek Charlotte is in a Novant is too hard to find with no signage and the gps has it located wrong on the map.

They shouldnt even list this location! No walk ins! Total waste of time, energy and money 👎

Had to wait over 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Waited in the car and still had to wait in an office with people exhibiting obvious COVID symptoms. This place is a joke and worst of all does not take your health seriously.

Website says they close at 5 pm yet they closed at 4:30
