Contacted Backyard Bouncing for a princess water slide, bounce house combo. Excellent condition, great customer service! They were on time and set up everything quick and pick up was on time as well. Kids had a blast. Will be using them after for my future clients. Thank you again!

We usually use another company, but they were booked for the day of our daughter’s party. After researching, we went with Backyard Bouncing. It was more than twice the amount and for only a 4 hour window. The company we normally use charges $175 for a larger bounce house, and drops it off the day before. You get it for two days and at no extra charge. They are clean and super friendly. This one cost us almost $400 for the party and to keep for half of the next day, and it was a smaller bounce house. It was also flimsy, not sturdy at all like the other. Complete rip off in our opinion. We won’t be using them again. If our other company isn’t available, we won’t get a bounce house. Very disappointed unfortunately.

Ordered some chairs for pickup but order was canceled because they dont allow customer pickup -- They should remove the customer pickup option from their website as it is misleading and wrong.
