This place is top notch, soup to nuts. Jeff is probably one of the nicest, most accommodating and competent managers Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dont even get me started on Ashley and Holly. Good grief, these two are beyond wonderful. I cant even begin to count the times Ive been in need of their help, for one reason or another, and they have always bent over backwards to help our staff with a smile, and whatever effort it took to get the job done. They have become more like friends to us, and we consider them a large part of what makes us successful. This place is in stellar hands, & I for one feel blessed to be a part of their team.

The service at this location is excellent! I have worked with Jeff on utilizing the office space for my business and he has gone above and beyond to help in accommodating me. Its hard to believe that I have been a client at this location for one year now. From the moment I sat down with Jeff to discuss my business needs to each day I walk into the office I know that I chose the right partner and location in Charlotte. Jeff is a great manager of the facility and I know that Regus recognizes this by giving him opportunities to expand his territory. He is beyond accommodating - from standing on my chair to do some air conditioning fixing to most recently within one day having space for a new employee I had hired. Just an excellent guy who always greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home. Additionally, in the front of the office you have two outstanding individuals, Holly and Ashley, that are so busy and work so hard but yet they always take the time to say hello and or catch up with me when I get back from traveling. Additionally, as I always drop overnight letters, ask for help with printing, or whatever else I am rushing to do last minute.... they very calmly and quickly help out any way they can. Lastly, the facility itself is wonderful, it is in a great location, everything is clean and updated, very easy to access and all around it is just superior. I can not think of a better place to come to work everyday and I can not think of a better Regus team to be connected with.

I’ve been located here at the Regus Ayrsley office building for close to 2 years now, as I continue to find the accommodations extremely pleasurable. Even though I have the option to work from home, because of its location I would rather make the commute each day where I’m greeted by the delightful staff with a simple ‘Good Morning’ to help start the day and an office I can find clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Regus Ayrsley Town Center location to anyone and everyone!

Excellent office location and professional staff. Makes your business run efficiently as there is always someone at the front desk, always someone to answer your phones and someone to sign for your packages. Excellent office space and meeting rooms with up to date technology.

If you have ever had the misfortune of trying to get out of a shady gym membership then Regus is the place for you! Everything started out fantastic, but amenities that were promised slowly started slipping away. The meeting room that was free was not available. They started a huge construction project, that displaced the whole office, to add a co-working environment inside the kitchen that no one uses (Who doesn’t want to work in the public kitchen used by everyone?). They increase prices by 20-30% and if you try to cancel you only have 1 month before it auto renews and then they will NOT let you leave for another year. If being a prisoner and being lied to is not enough to dissuade you then here is an example of something that happened to us last month:We had booked the conference room to meet with a client, only to arrive and find the conference room was double booked on accident. Honestly, this would not have been a huge problem, I mean mistakes happen and I understand that, except that they had no where to put us… So they placed us in an unused office they were using as a storage room with too many desks and chairs. It looked VERY unprofessional and we were left looking poorly to our client. When we complained to management about this we were told that the contract we signed said they can change our appointments and meeting rooms at their discretion…

I have been at Regus for last 5 years and I cant recommend this place enough the staff is so nice and helpful there is nothing that they wouldnt do for you without reason. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

As an employee of a company utilizing Regus for our office space Ive found the quality of the offices to be excellent and the support staff always professional. The location is convenient to both 485 and 77 for a smooth commute (for me at least) and the Ayrsley Town Center location provides easy access to a variety of services.

Regus is over-priced and disingenuous at best. After two years of rates going up, I would never lease property with them again. Lesson learned.
