New coffee bar going in mall level.Not open yet.

This building located conveniently near lynx train station and has access to charlotte overstreet mall which connects wells 2 3 and many buildings along the s college street. Has multiple businesses including a restaurent, coffee shops, convenient store, gym and primarily occupied by a bank.

Worst customer service I have had to endure. Really dont give a damn about small clients, homeowners, individuals. It has now been 3 weeks since they held up the closing on a home, to send a lien release to the closing attorney, because the department that foes that is too busy working on a project. So two families sit in limbo while WF takes a break from normal work, to do a project? BS.

Coffe shop on the second floor is great!

Beautiful building with fountains and a cool sushi place.

Old run down, constant noise from YMCA, pipes make huge noise when flush, bad smells sometimes between 3 and 5pm from vents.
