Very well maintained, the building is 48 years of old! I have seen buildings less than half that age in poor condition! Great job by the property management company. Very diverse office tower, a lot of different companies operating from this location.

Am trying to get an office space there, i have been calling for more than a week, no answer, left a message. I went to there leasing office three times, it was close. Can anybody help me how to get in touch with their leasing manager.

Very old Charlotte office building. Many different businesses inside. Clean, well kept, & well secured. I feel safe because security is always driving around the parking lot, and walking the floors.

We went to suit 1000 where we met Denise Hendricks the Secretary who was very helpful and went out of her way to provide assistance for us. She did not have to help we didnt have the info we needed to tell her where we needed to go and instead if sending us on our way she took our names and number to give to real estate agents there due to the fact that we are looking for a place. This customer service was awesome.

Went to HR block to have some taxes done. Very nice staff that worked there.

Security Stop traffic so that his wife can deliver food to him. What a lazy couple. The wife could have walked but no, she park her car right in front of entrance

I visit this place to go with the lawyer buttler and it is well accessible to everyone. It is a good location.

My visits to this place are practically by lawyers. Maloney is an excellent lawyer. And immigration lawyer Brad Buttler is undoubtedly the best. The building is clean and there is enough parking. In general the place is good.
