We stopped in to browse and my 7 year old daughter found a pop it with a price of $13.99 on it. We get up to the register and the cashier told her the total was $21. When I mentioned the $13.99 price sticker and showed it to her she says oh thats not our price. My daughter was very upset because I made her put it back but I was not about to allow someone to rip her off. Plus the customer in front of us put her items back because the cashier told her 3 or 4 different prices on the items she picked up.

The staff was very helpful when helping me create my monogram! They had multiple fonts and colors to choose from, but the best part was how quick their turnaround was-about 20 minutes! I will be going here from now on for all my monogram needs!!

I went into the store. I was excited to get two rain coats with customized monograms as gifts for my loved ones. During this time, the owner (valentina) spoke very rudely to me and my husband, as if we were taking up her time. I ignored it and brushed it off because i really wanted the jacket. I walked out and came back in an hours time to pick up the jackets. A few hours later after shopping around, i went into my car and started driving home. They called me while we were on the highway that they may have left a security pin on one of our coats. I found the security pin and told them its not a problem, i will come back next (weekend) to get the pin taken off. However, i also discovered a blue pen mark on my other jacket. I knew the pen mark was made by the owner who is in charge of making the monograms, because she was using a blue pen when writing down what i wanted on my coat. (I wrote down what i wanted on a paper also but i was no where near the coat with the pen). I told the girl on the phone about my discovery, and that i paid a lot of money for this, and i wasnt too happy about that. Surely, they must have saw it before they handed it to me and hoped i just didnt see it. Maybe not? But either way, i wasnt happy about the pen mark. Its for a gift, and i spent good money for this jacket. The lady told me it should just come off with regular detergent (she made it sound like it was no big deal and i was over reacting), i told her i really dont think it will come off.. She puts me on hold and talks to the owner about this situation. Then she comes back and says i can come back next weekend when i bring the other jacket with the security pin, and they can try to take off the pen marks for me for this jacket and if it doesnt come off they can make me a new one. I wanted a name because in case they gave me a hard time later. However the lady on the phone said this is a family business and everyone knows whats going on. Nonetheless, I was happy with the agreement and told them i will be back next weekend to get that done. So next weekend comes around and my husband and i drive almost 2 hrs out to get this done. When we arrived we were told the owner wasnt there and we would have to come back tuesday. I told the girl i wasnt able to come back due to work, and i need to get it shipped out monday, also that we had agreed on this weekend. I was upset and when she called the owner the owner told her i can just get a refund. I was upset because i wasted my time coming all the way here for them to not be able to do anything about it. And i was also upset because i was really excited about these jackets. I dont recommend this place, terrible customer service!!! Very upset.

Very unique items and lots to choose from

Stopped in with my mom, stepdad and son. Walked around browsing for 10 minutes and both staff members, a blonde female and dark haired male (both seemed to be owners) completely ignored us. Didnt say one word to us or even greet us. Also very over priced. Horrible experience.
