The older gentleman is HORRIBLE! No customer service at all! The female there is very nice and had my order correct with no problems. I dropped off two shirts today to have them embroidered. When I returned to pick them up there was plastic stuck everywhere which he said could be wiped off with a rag and water. I explained to him my last order did not look like this. I paid $12 apiece for each item the last time. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told him I do not agree with paying full price for something I did not ask for and the job wasn’t complete. He then took a brown napkin he had used and poured water out of HIS CUP and wiped it on my item. He still demanded I pay $15 per item. Unprofessional and unhealthy. If you go here go on the weekends when the young lady is there. I have my own business and if what I produced wasn’t what the customer asked for I would never charge them full price. I will never go here again.

I will say that my rating is based SOLELY on my interaction with the FEMALE representative. She was courteous and professional. The prices were reasonable so I’d definitely return only if she’s present.

My go to place for embroidery for the last 6 years! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. Never had any issues with customer service and they always do a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!

This has been a go to place for us to bring work APPAREL to have embroidered. Even with last-minute orders the family is very good about doing exactly what we need and in a timely manner. They save our logo in their system and make everything very seamless.

Extremely pleased - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My monogramming took 15 minutes, came out great and the price was much lower than I expected. Definitely recommend.

Such a terrible experience! The man is so unprofessional and doesn’t let the customer talk. He was yelling in my ear while I was trying to explain to him what I wanted done for my daughter cheer bookbag. I was very clear and stated if he kept talking over me I will take my business else where. He said “Go pay someone else” and raised his hand for us to leave his small station. Please people take your business else where. Customer service is a must and if you don’t have that your business will go down the drain. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE HE OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTELE. Very sad!!!

Rude. Wasnt helpful. They barely have a selection of fonts and the guy was very off putting and rude. He also said it would be the next week before I could pick it up. Not fast at all.

I was quoted an outragous price to have an image converted. The bad part is i saw their work and already knew the price based on a referral from a business associate. A less than $10.00 job for $45.00, are we serious???Shoppers BEWARE.
