When he needed to outsource the question to a different department, he got back to me very quickly and made sure I was updated as new developments occurred. We have had a great experience with the mortgage officers as well.

Great staff. Convenient location. Not a full bank branch so the process is a little different than typical, but they are fantastic.

When I arrived at United Bank I was given a chair to sit in the lobby while they performed my requested transactions. OUTRAGEOUS AND HUMILATING. I SUMMARILY CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS.
