One need only look at the reviews under Carolinas Pathology Group to see how poorly this Diligent Billing consistently mishandles patients accounts, leading to tarnished credit scores.Start demanding that Atrium Health sever ties with these people. Its the only way anything will ever change.

I have never had worse service then with these individuals. I would highly discourage using any doctors that are going to send items to Celligent Diagnostics lab or Carolinas Pathology Group. They have not fixed their phone system in over a month and you cant get through to anyone to discuss billing issues. Once I finally was able to contact someone they provided me the managers extension. I have left several messages and the manager Wendy has still never returned my call.
