Put a negative in front of that star because that is what this company deserves!! DONT accidentally pay more then you owe to this company because they will NOT give you your money back in a timely manner!! I have been trying to get $18.16 refunded for 4 months now. I keep getting told that they have to wait for released funds and they do not have a turnaround time. Are you kidding me?! I OVER paid my bill promptly but they dont have to issue a refund in a timely manner? I would suggest to anyone having similar issues to get the Attorney Generals office involved because that may be the only way to get resolve with this company.
Impossible to get in touch with. literally IMPOSSIBLE. billed me twice after I already paid. Avoid.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I was billed through Capital Anesthesia Billing Services for $606. I promptly paid the bill on 7/26 only to find out that my insurance had covered the full amount of the bill. So, I called and asked for a refund on 8/7. I have been trying ever since to get my money back. I was originally told they would refund within 60 days. Now I am being told that it will take 60 **BUSINESS** DAYS (not calendar days), or until early November for them to issue me a refund. Ridiculous! You made a billing error and are holding my funds hostage! I initiated a chargeback with my credit card for the amount of $606 because Capital Anesthesia Billing Services refused to issue a refund in a timely manner after multiple phone calls to try to sort things out reasonably. Funny that every person I spoke to on the phone was a supervisor. Very unethical for this company to hold my money in error for 67 days now.Update 2/13/2018: So, here we are over 6 months later and your billing company randomly sends me a refund check for $573 after I finally just gave up trying to get my money back. A week later, they send me TWO more checks for the same amount. Being an honest person, in spite of the epic pain this whole situation has been, I called to let them know about it and to ask if it was intentional. It was almost impossible to get someone to call me back and to tell me what was going on. More than 5 phone calls later, they asked me to mail them the checks back. LOL! Seriously?! No. I offered to shred the duplicate checks. These people are IDIOTS!
