King Tiger Tae Kwon Do of South Charlotte is the best martial arts place weve ever been to. They are great with my son. They helped increase his confidence, energy level, he has met new friends and all of the instructors are very supportive. I recommend you go, at least give them a try. Thanks

I have searched many schools in the area and I felt the core values and different programs King Tiger South Charlotte had was by far better then any school i visited. We focus on the true art of what Tae Kwon do is. Being over 40 years old i was looking for something that would challenge my fitness level, instill focus and above all have a good time. King Tiger has more than met my expectations and i dont think i can say enough positive things about the Masters and instructors here.My 23 year old daughter has recently joined the program as well and I have to say never seen her so driven and focused being part of something physical.It is great family fun for all!

Wonderful experience for my 4 year old! I was blown away watching his confidence, focus, discipline and sportsmanship improve every class. We decided to enroll him 2xs a week and this has been the only activity weve seen him excited to attend. The instructors and staff are in-tune with every detail of each childs experience, the customer experience and teaching approach is what sets this studio apart. I am so glad we found such a wonderful place!

Ms Chin is the most amazing teacher and my role model!! She was the first female owner of the King Tiger Tae Kwon Do association. Her brother is also amazing. I have trained here for two years and I love it.

The amazing instructors & staff at King Tiger Park Road have become like family to us! They do a wonderful job of not only teaching their students proper Tae Kwon Do techniques, but also teach each student about respect, to take pride in themselves and others, & how to work as a team. They involve the parents in belt progression & work with us when our children are struggling both at home & school. We look forward to each class & have seen such an improvement in my childrens behavior.Simply put, they rock!!

Our family has had a wonderful experience at King Tiger South Charlotte. Even with different personalities and learning styles, each of our children have grown in not only TKD skills, but also in confidence, focus, and respect. We love King Tiger. Its amazing what they have taught my 5 year old son in just 30 minutes each week. When we are in the studio it is like he is a different child so respectful and confident. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! My son absolutely loves the instructors and the classes. We are greeted every single time we walk in the door and made to feel like part of the TKD family. Professional, caring, organized, warm, disciplined, knowledgeable and accessible - just a few words that describe the staff at this outstanding center. What I loved most was seeing my childs confidence, motivation, and maturity soar after beginning training at King Tiger. His favorite extracurricular activity, hands down. Mine too! :o)

Best Tae Kwon Do studio ever! The instructors and Master Chin are absolutely wonderful and experienced in teaching all ages. My daughter started when she turned 4 and loves it so much. So happy we found them!

We love king tiger!! I have a 4 year old there who does group and private lessons. We have seen a huge change in his behavior and attention! Cant wait to send my younger son. Instructor Hsin has been excellent teaching respect!

My grandson had a birthday party at King Tiger a couple of weeks ago, and it was outstanding! About 25 children attended, and several of them (including parents) said: This was the best party ever! The staff was organized, attentive, and super fun! King Tiger also does weekend and summer camps which are equally as fabulous.

I have been with King Tiger South Charlotte for over 4 years, training, learning and growing with everyone there as a family! Master Chin and Instructor Hsin are great mentors, teachers and friends. If youre hesitant because you think you wont learn fast enough or wont be able to perform the techniques, dont be. I felt the same way before starting and now Im a black belt. I am a more confident, out-going and active individual now because of King Tiger.

My son began Tae Kwon Do with Master Chin, Instructor Hsin and the other instructors when he turned 5, and I can say he has already developed more coordination and strength! I love how they all require a respectful attitude from the students. It is amazing how organized the classes are, and I love watching them interact with my son and challenge him.

King Tiger is a great place for families to get in shape and learn Tae Kwon Do together. My son and I have been attending King Tiger for the past two years and we have both learned so much! If you’re interested in learning Taekwondo, you will be EXTENELY happy to call this place home. I think everyone feels a bit nervous going into learn a new self-defense style, but at King Tiger everyone is warm, welcoming, and understands that this your first day. I have been here for 2 months and couldn’t be happier.

My daughter has been taking TKD here for 7 years. She started when she was in kindergarten. The facility is very clean. The instructors are excellent with the children. Its a fun, safe environment for children. High recommend King Tiger Tae Kwon Do of South Charlotte.

Master Chin and all of her instructors are so polite, friendly and professional. Our children love going to Tae kwon do each week and learn valuable skills that go beyond physical fitness. I really believe they are making a difference in the social skill set, discipline, motivation and strength of our kids.

Not a bad school, the pricing is just right, and but not so good for self defense.

I started bringing my Nephew here 2 years ago. I had researched several Martial Arts Classes around Charlotte before talking to People for their advice for the best for Kids. I have been so astonished of the positive changes in my Nephew in just a short 2 years. He came as a very shy, insecure kid & today is a very confident, more outgoing young man. This is all because of the phenomenal Instructors & their beliefs behind teaching Taekwondo skills along with building the character, confidence & life skills to becoming a positive & productive, respectful Student, Friend, Son & Brother. I cannot say enough about how grateful & appreciative I am to Master Chin, Instructor Hsin & all the Student helpers, Parents & kids with King Tiger Taekwondo South.

King Tiger is everything what we expected and more. The best place to go for kids to learn the art of Taekwondo . Social skills like manners, respect and discipline are incoporated in and outside class.The team of instrustors not just show great skills but also set great examples to the students. They make classes fun, yet maintain a very high expectation from all students.The school is very organized, clean and very family friendly. They are very understanding and flexible to the needs of family schedules. Master Chin and her team go beyond just caring for their students but this gesture extends to students family. Weve been a part of the King Tiger family for more than six years and its been nothing short of amazing. Master Chin and Instructor Hsin care deeply about their sport, but, more importantly, about the children they teach. Our kids have not only received top-notch tae kwon do instruction, but theyve also learned about respect, self control, responsibility and the benefits of working hard. Students at King Tiger benefit from a great mix of exercise and fun. I cant say enough wonderful things about this school!
