The best selection and they repair luggage. If you want luggage from basic to the best there is no where else that can compete. The handle broke on one of my wifes bags they took a week and gave us a loaner.

Attempted to visit the store on Sunday, given the website said they were open from 12 - 5pm. I found them closed, with an open sign illuminated, but a security gate closed. property and landscaping looked as if the building had been abandoned given the trash and weeds. Will not be visiting again.

Spoke to them over phone great service, nice people even recommended other people I can use if they couldnt help.

I was disappointed with the selection. I could get everything here from any convenience our department store. I could also shop online and get the same stuff. If you are just looking for help though, the staff here does know their stuff.

Stay away ### Such a ripp off place. They quoted 15$ each to fix the zipper for 2 bags when I went to pick up it was 30 $ & 40$ . So I had to pay total of 70 $ instead of 30. Poor customer service. will not suggest.

They ultimately werent able to repair my luggage at the warranty price due to it being mishandling by the airline. However their prices are reasonable and their staff are very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a TravelPro suitcase from this store in August 2016. Now, only 8 months later it is falling apart.I came into the store today to get this suitcase repaired, and also to purchase an additional larger suitcase. I expected this repair to be covered under warranty, but was given a long list of BS excuses on why it wouldnt be. The salesperson didnt care that I was a repeat customer or that I planned to buy more luggage today. He seemed put out at the idea of having to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. In the middle of our conversation he walked off and started helping another customer.Ill be taking my future business elsewhere and suggest that you do the same.

Owner was awesome and they offer a lot of options for reasonable prices.

Never go here. I took my luggage to be repaired here and was told part would be under warranty and the rest would be fixed for $25. They failed to notify me when the repair was complete and failed the complete half of the repair. In addition they changed me ~$50 for the repair that was covered. Avoid at all costs!
