Way too overpriced! Cheaper to buy new shoes than have this place work on them

I love this place.Courteous & friendly, but more importantly the cobbler is very knowledgeable. Hes answered all my questions and also gives good care tips.Oh, and repairs are wonderfully done!

Fantastic repair of my favorite old suede boots. They needed a complete rebuild of the sole. No problem for Wyatt and Dad. Its like I have a new pair of boots again. Love this business !

I wish I would have taken a picture of what these looked like before I dropped them off. They took my favorite pair of Chuka Timberlands and made them look cooler and prettier, and more durable, than the day I got em. Great service and great work. They fixed the soles of my alligator boots. They look and feel great. This boots are about 14 years old. Dont use them much but they brought the back to life.

I have had an emphatically positive experience at this establishment.as a visually impaired adult, i am very picky with where i will take my business and who i will trust with my things.the staff, especially Lance, has proven to be extremely skilled, honest, prompt, and kind.i have taken every kind of shoe in there, from running shoes to my nicest pair of dress shoes, and they have come back to me looking brand new.they never try to oversell you on what you need - most of my shoes cost less than $10 to be returned to their original condition.they are antique people, and absolute artists. if needed or wanted, they can turn your $200 dress shoe or boot into a $400 shoe by reinforcing, adding onto, and replenishing the footwear.i had never been much into shoe repair. i just wore my shoes until they wore down and got new ones. but there is no better way to keep your favorite pair looking like they did when you got them (or even improving them) than taking your shoes into Wyatt & Dad Shoe Repair

Friendly people who were a delight to deal with. Dropped of a pair of black golf shoes that had not been worn or cleaned in several years. They looked ashy. When I picked them up after they deep cleaned and polished them, they looked like new.

Took a pair of shoes to get new heels and not only did they repair them quickly, but they did a great job, my new Cobblers now. Thanks Wyatts!

Incredible place! I swung by at 5:30 yesterday evening, fully expecting to drop my shoes off for a shine and buff and pick them up at a later date since they close at 6:00. To my surprise, he asked if I had 5 minutes, and told me it would take longer to write up the paperwork than shine the shoes. I sat down for no more than 5 minutes before my shoes were back on the counter and ready to go. This is just one of many great experiences at Wyatt and Dad. Im glad I live so close. Highly recommend.

I bought my sons barely used sneakers there, they did a good job re gluing the souls but when I bought my slide on wedges I had to let them keep them again to redo the glue because it didnt look dry on pickup day.

Ok, old school service absolutely still exists. This small business is awesome. Went in forvery minor luggage repair. Fixed on the spot in just minutes with a smile. Reasonable pricing and experienced service in a very accessible location. You can extend the longevity of your shoes ( and in my case luggage). If I could give 6 stars I would.

This use to be Lee Shoe Repair and I really like the previous owner and their work product. However, I visited Wyatt and Dad Shoe Repair yesterday for the first time and I thought they were very friendly. I had some basic shoe repair work done and they completed it right then and there. They did really good work and I was very happy with the final product. They prices seem to be similar to what they were before. Ill definitely be back.

Brought in a pair of La Sportiva Mountaineering boots that were well beyond repair. The rand was worn through, and the soles were completely worn out. All I can say, my beloved boots are as good as new! They sized the sole specific for the shoe size and showed me options for higher quality rubber. I received the shoes cleaned and the toe cap looks seamless. Its actually my first time having a normal pair of shoes resoled, and cant wait to put them back to use.

I lived across the street from the Winston Salem location 27 years ago. They resolved all of my shoes back then. Fast forward to today and I was looking for a cobbler to resolve a pair of Frye boots, my favorite shoes. I searched for shoe repair and saw Wyatt and Dad I Charlotte. When I went in I told them my story. It turns out Tony use to put the shine on my shoes after his dad fixed them in Winston-Salem 27 years ago. Great work and craftsmanship that you can’t find anymore. If you are willing to pay for quality at a reasonable price they are great people.

If I could give more stars to Daniel at Lee Shoe Repair, then believe me that I would. I own two pairs of lace-up leather ankle dress boots that I have worn religiously for work. I was on the verge of purchasing two new pairs of the same style when I ran across Lee Shoe Repair while searching on Google more or less on a whim. After reading the reviews, I was compelled to visit his establishment to garner a sense of whether my ankle boots were salvageable. Firstly, Daniel was very empathetic (as if he was the consumer and standing on the other side of the counter) about the cost of refurbishing and reinforcing my shoes - I hadnt even noticed that the bottom forward area of my soles were about to wear through into a couple of holes. Further, the upper leather portion was very scratched up coupled with the leather that had not been taken care of (or conditioned) properly. Secondly and based on the condition of the shoes, his recommendation for what needed to be done was from a necessary perspective and I didnt feel like I was being oversold on anything extraneous. As such, I gave it a shot, and I am incredibly happy that I made the decision. When I came back to pick up the two pairs, I was literally in disbelief. He had brought them back to life to an amazing degree. The workmanship and attention to detail rendered the shoes to such an impressive degree that they could have been placed as new on display in the mens shoe department at Nordstrom. I intend to frequent Lees Shoe Repair not only for future repairs but also for weekly or bi-weekly touch-ups. I really cannot say enough from a positive perspective about Daniel and his establishment. In close, I recommend him without reservation.

I hope this place is here for a very long time. The talented Daniel along with impeccable service cant be beat. This is a husband and wife team cant get much better than this as they give 110 percent with care and honesty into their business and all their customers. Called the number six times to find out if they were open. I was told yes. It takes me two minutes to get there three times and they were not open . People were standing out front of the place experienced the same thing. We call the number while there and got the same response mail box is full . The place never opened.

Unbelievable old school cobbler - took my 20 year old Johnston and Murphy dress shoes, and replaced full soles and heels so that theyre better than ever! They also replaced a zipper on an old jacket, which is also pretty awesome -highly recommend!

Taking advice from my wife, I took a pair of my daily worn dress shoes in to see if anything could be done. I had completely worn the bottom off the heel and had severely damaged the wood. They completely replaced the heel and the sole and refinished the leather on the top to like new condition. I highly recommend giving them a shot before you toss your old shoes in the trash. Who wouldnt want a new pair of shoes that are already broken in???

I was devastated when the soles of my unique and favorite purple Doc Martin style boots just fell off!! Mr. Lee didnt give me much hope but I explained that I have horrible autoimmune and now severe plantar fasciitis in both feet, so to have a cool pair is sacred!! He put his magic mojo on them and they are perfect!! Great guy!! Highly recommend!! Taking some of my Coach bags in for some TLC also. ;)

This shop use to be very good when the Asian man ran it. Dropped my shoes off April 19th and came back that weekend an was informed that my shoes were not ready and that they were 2 weeks behind on everything. Returned today only to find out they had lost both pairs of my shoes

Lees Shoe Repair did a very nice job replacing the soles on a pair of my shoes. I was pleasantly surprised that he polished my shoes as well at no extra charge. Nice touch.

Very disappointing. Only came to this repair shop because it used to be Lee’s. The old owner was much nicer and services were more affordable . Wyatt and dad were both rude and unhelpful. High price for what I got . I will not be back.
