Id rather have a stork deliver my packages. Probably a lot more reliable. Drivers are good, its the customer service.

If I could NOT give a rate for this review I would not have! Just received my package, ordered a trampoline for my son for Easter. The box was broken and open and left in my driveway, literally a foot away from my screened in porch that had the screen door open! Not to mention the truck went through my drainage ditch on the side of my drive way and now there are tire tracks all through my driveway, in the front corner part of my house, the grass is tore up and there is mud dragged through the driveway into the street!

This is close to my home I still buy stamps

Sent a package on 11/4- was delivered to wrong address on 11/8. All follow up has been nothing but CYA lies. Still no resolution.
