I do my laundry there every other Sunday Ive been doing my laundry there for over 10 years I drive a little distance to get to Hi-Tech laundromat I love the cleanliness and that my clothes come out fresh and clean and high-tech laundromat accommodates all of my wash concerns.

The staff has been so pleasant and helpful. Lots of options. Recommend :)

I like this place since new lady started. She works too hard for no pay, they over work her for one person.The people that own the place need to fix the dryers that arent working. They seem money hungry.The chairs they have to sit on are terribly nasty looking and dirty

Nasty Laundry!!!! Always dirty! 10% of machines are in need of repair. I have been a loyal customer since moving to Charlotte in 2018, laundry was close to my home! So I would go in off times made it very convenient in and out. Always folks asking for bus fare or a cigarette or Money. At five dollar jumbo washer and forgot to close the door to washer. Put their money card in which costs $3.00 to buy and it took $5.00 off card however machine didn’t start! Went to counter and was told “it’s on you”! I will not darken the establishment ever again with my business! My advice stay away!

I have been coming to Hi-Tech for a few years now and every time it’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly and makes each trip a good experience. Nicole has always been extremely helpful and fun to talk to. She’s always been willing to help me when I need assistance. She will not help you fold clothes (haha!), but she handles business. Also today, I was given a useful piece of info that will forever change how I wash my whites, thanks to MD and Nicole!

Nicole was cool af. She made sure I got what I needed. The machines are clean and the service is great. I was confused by the card operated machines but Nicole explained it to me like an adult. Thank you.

My 1st experience was very pleasant. My nephew told me of the new high tech way of washing with a card instead of coins. I reluctantly went and a female by the name of Nicole could tell I didnt know what to do. She showed me the different loads and helped me managed my enormous load of dirty clothes. I became very comfortable there. I made a point of remembering her name because I knew this would become my place to wash from that day forward. There is an Indian fellow that works there also very nice guy. The only negative it that there are 2 tvs and only one is turned on. Also, the volume is set too low. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Clean, fans consistently turning to keep it comfortable while doing your laundry. Many washing machines designated load weights and prices. They use chip cards provided by this laundromat. Does require cash to load the card. If using credit, the Indian owner(fella) or whoever works the counter will process transaction from credit to cash they provide for the chip cards.

I have been doing my laundry here for years and i have never had a bad experience with nicole she is very friendly and always asks how i am or how my kids are. She is always helpful and even goes out of her way to treat my kids like her own. The hindu guy is often rude and follows people around.

DO NOT GO HERE !! ROACHES AND DRYERS THAT RUIN CLOTHES. The dryers are so sorry they stain your clothes you would be better off washing your clothes in a disease filled lake than to come here it is disgustingly grimy with BUGS. Half the appliances do not work! People STEAL HERE. I will NEVER come here even if I have to drive 20min for a nice clean up to date laundromat I will. And you should too. Hundreds of dollars worth of nice clothes RUINED

Nicole is the bomb she is wonderful and helpful and always has a positive attitude i love it here the best thing bout coming here is her and her positive attitude.

Got there at 7:45 and wouldnt let me dry my clothes. Lady was rude and was like well, you dont have no card so you cant dry anyway. When, while she was talking I couldve gotten a card and dried my clothes for at least 20 minutes. I would have been out by 8:05, 8:10 the latest. Dont close until 8:30. Do not recommend this place especially in emergency situations.

The attendant always helps me, she is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the load sizes, machines and advice inward hat machine to use. I go here to save time and although they are a little more pricey than other laundromats Ill pay extra to be in a cool clean and now crowded environment

The ghetto white lady that works there is rude! She doesn’t close at the business hours posted on the door, she closes when she wants to and talks to customers rudely. No point in speaking with the owner on the days she isn’t there because he defends his terrible employee. I will never be returning and there’s nothing “high tech” about this laundry mat. Y’all don’t even accept cards smh

It is located just a few minutes from my home and usually isnt to busy, but the girl who works there is always very rude and has absolutely no customer service qualities at all. Its not as clean as it could be and she cares more about smoking and being on her cell phone than she does her customers. I think I might have to explore other options!

I like doing my laundry here so much I actually miss it now that Ive moved away. Papa Patel and Nicole are the best. Buying a $2 card to use nice machines isnt a big deal.

I do laundry here from time to time and have never had an issue the normal attendant waits on me with no problems. We hold casual conversation and she makes you comfortable.

Nicole is always with a pleasant and warming smile!! She always welcomes me.. The place is always neat and clean and she keeps order!!!

Lady who works there is always on the phone smoking & gets a major attitude if she gets interrupted to do her job. We will never go back so you guys lost business of a family of 9

Just came here and Nicole was sooooooo nice!!!She made supreme and my baby nephew was taken care of. Even hooked me up to their free WiFi herself!As the owner walked around and passed lollipops out to all the kids!!!!To cute!!!

U use cards here and not coins which makes every thing easier. You dont have to put in a million quarters.

This place sucks...you have to use a card of there choosing but you can only purchase their own card with cash no change or debit. Plus when I asked for assistance the lady behind the desk was rude and no help. I wont be back ever.

If I could give this place no stars I would!I got here and paid for a card to load money onto. $3 dollars!And then as I’m drying I come to my car for a second and the attendant is outside smoking and tells me she’s closing soon, so “Once my dryer stops I need you to get up out of here.” Who in the hell talks to customers like that? The sign says they close at 8. It was only 6:50 pm. She even turned customers away BEFORE 6:45 when the sign says the last wash is at 6:45!She was very rude and honestly doesn’t need to be working in customer service if she has an attitude like that!

😫😫😫They charge you three dollars for the card you need to put in to do laundry.😒😒😒 Theres no snacks🤐 video games look broken😴 and machine is 3.75 for a triple loader. I just spent 11$ to wash my two small trash bags and need more money to dry them about three dollars maybe smh.This place is creepy and dingy. They claim its a triple loader yet my twin and queen comforter filled it enough. Oh and you must sit here with your clothes...... I doubt I get a refund for this three dollar card that Ill never need again smh....🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

My experience was horrible here. The Indian guy that work there or own this place os very rude. I simply tried to explain to this guy that the dry was not getting hot at all the man cuts me off & tells me if i dont like how his dryer work i could leave. So i once again said tge dryer wasnt getting hot not being rude or anything he adds a quarter to my dryer & say he dnt care go somewhere else. all i wanted to do was dry my clothes to come & this man be rude to me is not right. I will not reture to this place ever again!!d

Always a great experience when I go tbere. Very helpful with all concerns and always clean thats what IIke. NICOLE is always helpful when you forget your card and keeps the place clean so its almost like washing at home. She makes the the experienceawesome .

I wont be going back if I can help it. Love the laundromat, not crazy about the staff! They play games with evening customers. I have arrived at 6 pm, and even 5:30 pm, it didnt matter; even though the sign on the door says they close at 8 pm and some nights 8:30, I have several times been told they were closing early. After walking 5 blocks with dirty laundry, thats the last thing I want to hear. Ive even witnessed arguments with other guests with staff, over this very issue.Its usually the same tall Indian man or either the short, light skinned, multi-racial looking woman who works there, and each has told me they were closing early at different times. I once asked the female for change and she acted as if I had inconvenienced her. Ive seen her laugh and talk with her customer favorates, but she wont even speak a word of Welcome when I arrive. And I cant forget the evening one of the dryers didnt dry my clothes. She told me there was nothing wrong with that dryer, and did absolutly nothing for me. I invited her to feel the clothing, but she treated me as though I were lying. I had to pay again, and wait 30 additional minutes, after changing to another dryer. This is not good customer service. Even though the Indian man acts a lot friendlier than the woman, I suggest you go earlier in the day to avoid the closing games from either of them, and be prepared to be treated rudly by the woman if you aret worthy to exist on her goody list. Ive decided to wash my clothes elsewhere, where I will be appreciate and treated with respect.If youre going: You must purchace a money card at the counter, then use their machine to load money onto it for all washer and dryer use.
