Took my money on a broken machine. I had to pull my wet clothes out of that one mid wash and use another machine and spend another $3. No one has contacted me although I contacted them via their website.

Great location and 24hrs is a plus, but most the time when you come in is nasty and needs to be clean and half the machines read err

This place saved my life. The airline lost my luggage and my hotel didn’t have guest laundry.I’m from LA and 24 hour laundry is usually pretty sketchy. Not here. All the machines worked, the dryers were hot, and the place was clean...and I met a new “friend” 😉

Most of their machines are down or out of order after 9 pm. Only had 2 washers working which were 5.00 per machine. The dryers are the same way. 3 homeless people sleeping underneath the folding tables trying to stay out the cold and rain so I had to take my clothes home and fold them there. There is absolutely no one on duty throughout the night. Will NOT be back!

Need someone on duty for the night shift!!Not TRY to get the washers /dryers fixed....FIX THEM! WE DONT HAVE EXTRA $$$$ TO BE WASTING ON BROKEN MACHINES N THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!IF YOUR GONNA RUN A BUSINESS....RUN IT RIGHT!!CLEAN THE PLACE UP...HAVE SOMEONE ON DUTY 24/7 AND HAVE WORKING MACHINES...OTHERWISE ...CLOSE THE PLACS DOWN AND STOP WASTING OUR TIME AND $$$$.I THINK ILL REPORT IT TO THE CHARLOTTE BBB....BECUSE LOSING 💰 AND NOT GETTING IT BACK...IS WRONG!!

Perfect 24 hour location to get laundry done at and feel safe. No waiting..up-to-date machines..and CLEAN. A win for sure!

Ive been coming there for a couple months. Heres whats good, its 24 hours so if you work late or would rather wash at night you dont have to worry about getting here before closing. Theres good parking space since you have a whole parking lot if the spaces infront of it are taken. Heres the bad, the same machines and dryers that were broken when I first started coming are still broken. Theres about 32 dryers and most of them dont work. The washers work just a few are also broken.Im neutral when it comes to the card. Its good and bad but to me a little more good.

This laundromat is a joke. I came in at 10:30 and only two washers (the most expensive ones) would work. The dryers will take your money and then tell you there’s an issue and won’t start. I had to go through five dryers just to find one that would start even though all the ones I tried said “READY.” I drove all the way from Gastonia because there are no 24 laundromats there, and what should have taken me maybe an hour and a half has taken me twice as long because of the faulty equipment. And might I add that there were NO EMPLOYEES present to assist.

Easy place to do laundry big machines

Not a good experience for it to be my first time coming here. Not happy at all. It should have phone number posted somewhere on the wall so customer can call and problems can get fixed.

Im Disappointed In this Place Because I Use To Always come here but I Just left this Place And About 3 Washers Work And Half of the dryers doesnt work Nor Get Hot or Dry Your Clothes All the Way They Need To Shut Down Because Its Sad.
