I prefer coming here because they keep the place nice and clean. But the owners (the mother) she can be very nasty and nice at the same time. I have learned to just not pay her any attention at times thats why I give 3 stars.

It was clean an stantize bit small not too many people can go do there laundry all at one time. But it quick wash an dry fold I got done like 1hr an half. Only thing I suggest change advertise the right amount to wash clothes it not $1.50. its actually $1.75 and up.

During the pandemic, they have a self-service model, which is helpful for people who may be concerned about doing laundry without social distancing.Overall, the washers and dryers worked well, and it was a smooth process.

Very nice! I am a regular customer here as I wash and dry my big king size comforters and blankets here. The machines work phenomenally, and are very clean. The manager is very kind and helpful when you need assistance. The older woman that works here is the sweetest, most helpful person! Usually laundromats are suffer yourself... she has made sure I had quarters, offered to bring me extra soap if the box I bought didnt bubble up enough, asked me how my comforter came out, and pointed me in the direction of the better, larger dryer I missed seeing for next time, even though they are all the same cost. I saw her giving out candy to all the kids.Three thumbs up! Always coming here!I would definitely recommend this coin laundry business!!

This place is always extremely clean. The staff is always accommodating and nice. They also have slightly better pricing than competitors. This is literally the only laundromat I use. Size is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Its everyones worst nightmare when their washing machine breaks and the parts wont be in for a week. Luckily, theres Sunshine Laundry just around the corner from my apartment! I had 35 pounds of laundry to do that I didnt do at my parents house and it was ready in less than 24 hours - on New Years Day! Service was so quick, so friendly and that folding! I need to up my game.I was so impressed with how neatly everything was folded and they even paired up all the kids socks! They neatly bundled the unmatched ones as well.Its definitely a time saver!

Sunshine Laundromat Wash and Fold is AMAZING, and their customer service is top notch!!! We had a terrible week that included a sick child followed by our washer leaking and flooding our apartment the next day. Our bathtub was filled with our soaking wet clothes. Our hampers were full to the brim, and I was having a small break down about how to handle it all. I contacted them in the morning thinking it was a long shot that I could have my laundry be done in later that day or next day, but they got it done for me a few hours later. They gave me an initial 3-hour window, and texted again with a more exact time. The attendant was so nice and didnt mind for my husband bringing trash bags of soaking laundry. They got it done for us all clean and folded SAME DAY! It was a godsend for a terrible week. Ill definitely use them in the future, if only to treat myself next time, and give me a break from all of the laundry :-) Worth every penny!!! If you are looking for wash and fold service they have the best service.

Ive been using this laundromat for last 5 months and Ive nothing but praise for the lovely fscility. The attendants are constantly cleaning the machines, tables and floor. Ive never been to a laundromat that takes such pride in their facility. They have even offered to help me carry out my clean clothes. Love this place!

Very friendly place and easy to use. I went to wash my quilts which would not fit in my home washer and dryer. They have bunch of washers and dryers of different sizes. My quilts now smell good and fresh.

Great place to do laundry. Its always clean and the owners are very helpful. They also offer wash and fold service which is extremely affordable and the quality offered is tremendous. I dropped off my clothes once and they removed stains that I never though could be removed and did it in super quick time. The washers and dryers are quite large and when compared to the other laundromats they charge very less. Continuous supply of clean hot water for washing and plenty of machines to avoid hazel makes this place one of the best. Overall a great clean place that is cheap and reliable to do laundry.

Been using this place faithfully for about 8 mos. its cheap, fast, friendly, and Ive never had a problem with them. i love there drop off service its AMAZING!!!! also everything i get back from them SMELLS great, like.... fresh laundry! this is actually the only wash and fold place Ive used in all of Charlotte for which that is the case. it was one of the things that sold me on using them exclusively.

My washer/dryer stopped working and I needed a safe, clean, friendly spot to get my laundry done, so I Googled laundromats nearby. Sunshine came up, highly rated, so I thought Id check it out. True to the previous reviews, its a clean, safe, and friendly business. The owner and his family who manage the business are all fantastic and super helpful! I recommend Sunshine to everyone!

The owner was so nice to me. My washer and dryer has yet to be hooked up in our new home. I looked up reviews and being from nyc this area does not scare me at all. Dont let the area fool you the owners of this facility were nice helpful need cash no debit machine. I had to come with my 18 month old the 67 year old man from India helped me the whole time. I will definitely come back for my heavy blank or rugs.

Very nice and clean first off. Gave it a 4 because a little small especially when its a large crowd. Other than that very nice place and great customer service. Also if you use the largest washer you get a free beverage.

My machine at my house went out and I was not happy about having to change my laundry routine. But when I got to Sunshine, I was greeted by a friendly attendant who made sure that my time there was very comfortable. Kudos in maintaining a clean and courteous establishment.

I cant believe what happened to my family, there was a miscommunication between the owner and another customer, apparently she added money to my dryer. My children tried to give the woman her money 1$ she didnt except it from them.Then the owner started cursing at my family in his native tongue unknowingly doing so with my husband able to understand him. My husband told me to leave and we will never come back again.

I love this place! As soon as I walked in the lady made sure I was taken care of, she gave my daughter and I water and snacks! Its nothing high tech or anything fancy just great customer service which is hard to find that nowadays.

Nice size washer and dryers. $2.25 for wash and .25 per 7 minutes on dryers. Facility is small and I would say there probably should be a max capacity of about 10 people. You can barely move the carts around without having to ask people to move. There is a TV on the wall, a few gumball machines, and a coin scale for Body weight. They do have a small concession stand. There is a pet store next door that helped to pass the time.

This place was incredible. Its not often that I go to a laundromat but this location was great. We were greeted and explained how everything works. After they saw that we had a big load, they offered us some water. Kindest gesture for a Thanksgiving day. The gentlemen even cleaned the table for us so we could organize and fold all that we had just washed. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Sunshine Laundry has drop-off service at a very reasonable rate. I usually wait for two weeks for my laundry to pile up. It used to be such a pain to drag my laundry to the laundry machines at my apt. complex (I dont have a washer and dryer in my apt.) I would estimate it costs me about $8 - $10 for washer/dryer and soap. My laundry usually comes out to $16 at Sunshine Laundry.Worried about your whites? Sunshine Laundry will separate for you and bleach those suckers! Fabric softener? Sunshine Laundry does that as well. Folding - the biggest pain of doing laundry? Yes, Sunshine Laundry folds clothes neatly and organized fashion. For an extra $6 every two weeks, Im definitely going to take more advantage of the great service Sunshine Laundry offers. It was my first time going there and it was so clean. They have a change machine and sell detergent and dryer sheets. Most laundry mats are dirty with no attendees keeping things in order. My new fav place.

After coming here for a year I got denied service because I had already washed my clothes before coming in. I hope $1 wash is worth losing business because I will tell everyone I know not to come here and will never come here.The traffic around it is bad enough, extra 10 minutes coming in and leaving.

Just left this nasty place!!! I went to dry my kids uniforms because my dryer went out. After I got my clothes out the car and my baby nephew in a car seat at that! An old man told me no I COULDNT dry my clothes here!!Mind you I was the only african American there!! I just packed my stuff back in my car and left!!!

For a Sunday he was the only laundromat that with open at 7 oclock in the morning that was very very good

Went today and didnt have the greatest experience. The attendant was adamant on helping me get my clothes in and out of washers and dryers. Made me use more washers and dryers than needed. Didnt care that I was washing my personal laundry, just wanted to see what I had perhaps.

I travel to charlotte for work & stay at hotels around university park. i was looking for laundromat to drop off my clothes for wash & fold svc & hotel manager recommended sunshine laundry. i have given my clothes for wash & fold svc several times when needed. they do outstanding job for wash & fold svc & good thing is that your clothes are ready to pick up same day or in 3 hrs & it works great for traveler like me. i would highly endorse this place to all travelers...

Super clean, laundry! Very good machines. Use the extra large machine, I took a huge load at a time and cleaned it very well.The man who works is incredibly kind and the lady is equally charming.The laundry has allowed me to wash my clothes quite quickly! I have not been very busy the two times Ive been there (one around 6 pm on weekdays and the other around 2 pm on weekdays). A lot of washing machines with different costs and dryers. I am glad that the laundry has many carts and tables so that you can also fold your clothes.
