Hello I am a young man who was looking to start a cleaning business. An as a first time cleaner I can not explain how excited I am to say choosing Corvus was the right choice for me. We had a few meetings with different janitorial companies and felt that Corvus was the best fit for us. They do all the paperwork, we just take care of the cleaning! They present us with contracts and we have the ability to do a walk-thru to before making any commitments. They are easy to contact, professional, and respond in a timely manner. Corvus has been our cleaning provider for several months. They have done an excellent job overall. Whenever I do have an issue, I can either leave a note in the communication log or email the office manager. They have responded promptly. I like the option to provide our own janitorial supplies. We started working with Corvus in July 2015 and to date, have had a great experience with them. They had some local management changes a couple of years ago and that went well with no change in service (which can happen!). When we ask for something, the response is quick and efficient. We had a COVID-19 potential exposure in our office and they were able to come out the next day and do a thorough sanitizing of our office suite. Ive been working with Mark for a couple of years now. We were having issues with the current team that was cleaning our facility and Mark made immediate adjustments. He was new to his position but understood the importance of customer service and understood the challenges we were facing. We made the switch and now we have a team that is so pleasant and always willing to make adjustments when asked. Ernesto and Rosie are a wonderful team!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! BEWARE!!Not sure how they even have 1 star. This company is completely unprofessional from start to finish. Not only did the employees steal from us but they also were smoking cigarettes in my building. I worked with Matt Mong and Nick Miklosky and even with video proof of these occurrences they said it didn’t happen.Their employees only cleaned my office 2 times and we had nothing but issues.

100% disappointed in this company. They have terrible customer service and they dont even clean well. We had them come out twice to our office, and they will NEVER be back. Totally unprofessional. Smoking in my building and stealing!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We have been using Corvus Janitorial services at our offices since June 2007. Weve had the same technicians for the last 8 years.We are very happy with the services performed by their staff. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received, attention to detail, and fair pricing. The cleaning team is very courteous and professional, and always responsive to specific needs, with regard to working their schedule around special events at our church. Extra services, such as strip/waxing of our tiled floors, have been a highlight of the company for us, as well. The finished floors withstand a lot of traffic and look great.
