Buyer beware!! Craftsmanship is rather nice.However if your concern is getting what you pay for on time trust me you can find better. (Even with a contract and needing only 60 wedding invitations) What we received was excuses and the printer down TWICE !! REALLY? She even mentioned how many years she has been in business. Very helpful! Red flag for me first off was the sloppiness of her workspace. Go and see it for yourself. Kinda explains her confusions. Blamed the planner made excuses etc... Also doesnt help that shes closed on Monday and Sunday and closes at 2 on Saturday. Trust me doesnt matter how nice they look if you cant get them to a customer in a timely manner. Has my wife to be in tears!!

I have used three little birds inc many times over years and I have loved each invitation, engagement, stock the bar, holidays, and bridal showers! Most recently, I threw a baby shower for my best friend and with the pandemic going on, it meant so much for her to have beautiful custom invitations when we all weren’t able to meet in person to share her wonderful news. They really listen to the client and come up with an invitation that is truly special!

Melissa and Kristen are both wonderful to work with! Melissa did amazing work designing my first set of wedding invitations. Unfortunately, Covid-19 progressed and we had to make the decision to postpone our destination wedding just 4 weeks out from our travel dates. I called Three Little Birds and spoke with Kristen, within a couple of hours I had 3 postponement card drafts in my email account from Melissa. This was complementary to us. I appreciate Kristen and Melissa and their dedication to their customers during these troubled times in our economy. I highly recommend Three Little Birds for a personalized experience with wedding invitations and printing needs.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company and the level of service Kristen and Melissa gave to us during this awful time of rescheduling our original wedding date. We had literally just sent out our beautiful (original) invitation set that they designed for us and then COVID happened. We had to make the difficult decision just a few weeks after sending out the originals to postpone our wedding. Three Little Birds actually reached out to us first (before even knowing about us rescheduling) and offered COMPLIMENTARY change the date cards free of charge. Not only was this an extremely generous offer, but they matched our original design and they also addressed them the same. This was such a nice offer at that time and really made us happy and relieved to not have to worry about informing everyone ourselves right away. It was also a nice offer coming from a small, local business that I assume was also hit hard by COVID. Kristen and Melissa are so incredibly busy, but their attention to personal preferences and detail, their response times, patience in small design changes, and overall professionalism and enthusiasm to design your dream invitations is top notch and I highly recommend! For how customized we got with ours, their price point was also very good in my opinion! We were in love with the invites and everything that came with them, it really made our kickstart to wedding planning super exciting and everyone was really impressed with our invites as well - we got a lot of compliments saying wow, if the wedding is as nice as these invitations, then I am excited!!! We included our personal logo (designed by Three Little Birds with little direction), and we also included a drawing of our venue that my step-mother-in-law did. They also did our response cards. Everything about our set was phenomenal and if youre looking for a company in the area, I highly recommend checking them out!

Melissa was phenomenal to work with at Three Little Birds. I went through her to prepare my wedding invitations. Wedding planning in general was not something I was excited about, but Melissa made my experience with the invitations so simple and seamless! She showed me a few options without overwhelming me with choices (I am very indecisive and the more options I have, the harder it is for me to decide). Melissa worked on a few different templates and within a very short time frame I was picking up my invitations. They turned out perfect!! Three Little Birds creates very high quality prints in a timely manner -- I am extremely satisfied with my invitations and the experience in general. Three Little Birds changed my opinion about wedding planning -- it can be easy and stress free! Thank you to Melissa and team for their great work and customer service. Absolutely AMAZING experience. We had our invitations, program fans, name cards, and thank you letters done here. Everyone was amazed by the quality of EVERYTHING we had done by them. The staff is creative and considerate. They provided proofs for each item and whenever you needed something revised they did it without hesitation or fuss. They are so friendly and accommodating. At first I thought it may be a little pricey but let me tell ya- it is worth every penny. You grow a connection with Kristen and Melissa- they listen, they adjust, they make things happen. They did everything with a smile and vibrant personalities. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

I was referred to this place by a friend who had work done at Three Little Birds. On this occasion, I had baby shower invitations, game cards, and posters to print. This place was professional with reasonable prices for the top-notch quality of the prints. I also found it super convenient that they had FedEx services for me to send the prints and other supplies to one of the other hostesses. Got 2 errands done at one place! With multiple upcoming wedding and baby showers Im co-hosting, I found my go-to place for print jobs. Great deal for the quality!

Three Little Birds far exceeded our expectations! They printed our wedding invitations, save the dates, programs, etc and did a really fantastic job. I found a design online that I really liked and they ran with it and made it even better. The quality was excellent and we had many guests compliment the invitations. We were very pleased with how everything turned out and would absolutely use Three Little Birds again for our next event!

Kristen and team were so helpful throughout the invitation process. We got exactly what we imagined. All of our guests commented on how classy and sophisticated the invitations were - and went out of their way to do so. We even had a custom banner of the Charlotte skyline that the team designed. We were so thankful that we found this neighborhood shop. We had considered doing invitations on our own or over the web, but this was so easy and my friends have all commented on what a pain it ends up being when you have to put 200 invitations together on your own. They have incredibly designs and the best thing is they open on Saturdays... We wanted to visit more design/print/stationary places and they were closed.Also they are super nice

I made an appt. on Monday for Wednesday at 5 p.m. and when I showed up the owner wasnt there. The lady working did her best to help me, but wasnt the experience I was expecting when picking out wedding invitations. Still have yet to be contacted by the owner for an apology. Unfortunately, taking my business elsewhere.

The WORST Customer Service Ive ever experienced. I am going to share word-for-word emails directly sent from Kristen, the owner, to my fiancé to complain about me. They speak for themselves and demonstrate perfectly how nasty and disrespectful she is to her paying customers. No further comment is needed from me.Weve answered every question Nicole has had since December; many of those questions more than once. If the questions were deemed important enough to ask, why werent the responses important enough to be remembered? - KristenWeve designed hundreds of dies; Nicole has never designed one. - KristenEvery time we stepped away to get something from the back she helped herself to look at other designs we had created or to get ideas - KristenWeve accommodated every visit and telephone call. Weve had customers with considerably more complicated orders spend less time with us. - KristenShe implied that though we literally assemble thousands of things a week that she who has never assembled anything can do it better. - KristenJust yesterday she implied that my staff doesnt need to go home on May 7, but stay and start on the production of her pockets. Since when does, or should, a customer dictate staff schedules? - Kristen

This place was so unbelievably unhelpful! Not only were they overpriced but their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Every time I asked the owner a question, she would reply with come to our shop and we can go over that. She wouldnt even check her schedule to try to accommodate my tight schedule....The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because I had a positive experience with another employee. Either way, there are more options in the area for way cheaper and better customer service!! If youre under a tight schedule with your invitations, stay away!!! She will try to charge you a pretty pricey rush fee!

I needed some stationery, but didnt have time to go to the store. I ordered it over the phone and in a couple of days, it was on my porch. Great job TLB!!!

One of the WORST EXPERIENCES I had in my life. My fiancé and I came to Three Little Birds for wedding invitations. After working with us for three weeks, Kristen (the owner) told us she cannot do our work and she refused to help us. Horrible customer experience, you do not work with a group for 3 weeks then back out, especially with wedding invitations that have a deadline. Her reasoning was absolutely selfish... (1) Kristen was offended we mentioned there was CONCERN that they would charge $65 for a change to a PROOF. PROOFS are meant to be edited and reviewed, not a business charging you for every nickel and dime (2) She was bitter we went with another part of the invitation with somebody else because she charged more (3) We were persistent in trying to make sure we got what we wanted in our minds within the timeframe we needed. Although it required several visits and emails, we were ridiculed for meeting with them more than other clients. Kristen has a complete lack of customer service and I will advise anyone I know to avoid going there. Melissa is a fantastic worker and when we met with her we left with nothing but positive thoughts, unfortunately Kristen is the main point of contact and placed her own ego above any customer satisfaction.
