Our bridal party had an incredible experience thanks to Luke M. he was so intuitive and helpful and really made us feel special. He was great with each of the ladies and really helped pick out flattering styles. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he made our experience great. Ruby, Kenny and Michelle were also very helpful! We can’t wait for our dress selections to come in. Thanks team!!!

If i could leave zero stars I would. Upon picking my dress up from alterations i noticed these stains on my dress. I took the dress back to the store and the alterations manager told me she will clean the dress and have it ready for me to come pick up that night. So i went back and they couldn’t remove these stains. The manger at the store offered 20 dollars back to me on this dress. Keep in mind the wedding is the next day and I’m the matron of honour in the wedding. I felt like the dress should be refunded in full as it was ruined. The manager that night told me she would contact corporate on Monday which she NEVER did. I called and called and kept getting the run around. No one ever contacted me back. I was told to call corporate myself. I asked the other bridesmaids to check there dresses and two of them had the same stains on there dresses as well. I sent this to corporate as well and the response i get back is we can only offer 20 percent off which is 20 dollars back. This has been the most unprofessional, non caring establishment I’ve ever purchased from. Davids bridal just wants your money they do not care about customer service at all. This isn’t the case of wearing a dress and trying to return it for money i wanted my dress fixed to keep now it’s ruined i can’t wear it anywere and they don’t care. Save your money and shop else were dont beeline the hype about this place. I will never refer anyone to this place or shop from them ever again.

We had an awesome experience. Ruby was our stylist. She was in tune with my daughter’s vision. She was very helpful, personable, & fun to work with. The manager on duty this day (9/14/21 @ 10:30 am) was just as helpful to us. Four hours & 7 dresses later, my daughter found her perfect dress !!!!! Thank you so much for all your help with preparing us for her special day. ❤️

Luke was fantastic! I dont think Ive ever had such great customer service ever! He was thorough, didnt seem annoyed at all by all our questions, very professional, easy going and just a great person overall! We will definitely be seeing him again soon to compete our wedding looks!

I made an appointment to try on dresses as a bride and they were so friendly and welcoming and made it personable just for me. Ruby was my advisor and she was so sweet and knew my size dress just off eyeballing me. I knew nothing about dresses and she helped me I loved the experience. During my appointment I also got the chance to interact with Iris and we got to talking about Harry Potter and it was just a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

So dissatisfied with my visit to this location :( I even felt really stupid for being there at all. I am shopping for a formal evening gown and was looking for a specific color and style. When I walked in I was just told to look around and let them know if I needed a dressing room. I tried on several dresses some of which didn’t fit me right. A lot of the people working we’re just talking to each other. And to get anyone to answer my questions seem to be an inconvenience. When I asked about sizing and color. They said if I don’t have it out there then we don’t have it. It just didn’t seem to be there anybody wanted to help or even explain how these things work.

Renee was so sweet. She helped my daughter find a bridesmaid dress that she felt comfortable in. She listen to what I was looking for. She went up and beyond my expectations. Also I was just looking around at bridal gowns and I saw a few I was interested in. Renee asked her manager if someone could help me with that. Kenny came out and his energy was amazing!! He made me feel so comfortable. He helped me find the dress I said yes to!! I can’t say anything bad about this experience!!

My sister and I arrived at the store, but didnt have an appointment. Renee came to assist, but stayed away for long periods of time. My sister chose a dress on her own. I told Renee the style of dress that I wanted, and gave her my preferred colors. She looked up a dress and told me that I wouldnt get it back in time. That was it. Luke came and checked on the style of dress that I wanted, and gave me the shades of the color that I wanted that would arrive on time and compliment my complexion. Luke was a BIG help to me and displayed great customer service.

Kenny is an amazing Bridal Consultant! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has stellar listening skills! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! My niece said yes to the dress because he heard her and addressed her every concern!

I found my dream dress today! We worked with Luke M. and he did an incredible job of bringing each dress to life with different accessories. He created the perfect look with my dress that literally brought me to tears. He has the artistic talent for knowing exactly what each dress needs to take it to the next level. He was also great about working with us to make sure we could take our time and not feel rushed whatsoever. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I am so thrilled to have found the perfect one so easily.

I purchased my dress in Columbia SC, but had to drive to Charlotte NC for alterations. The alterations department in Charlotte was much better than Columbia. Specifically, my alterations consultant LC, was professional and made me feel comfortable leaving my wedding gown in her possession. Ladies if you want help with your gowns don’t go to the David’s Bridal in Columbia SC. Travel to Charlotte NC. It’s worth it.

Came to find my wedding dress last minute and I wasn’t aware that they do bridal appointments by appointments only. However, the manager Iris was very comidating and offered to fit me in the schedule! Luke M was my stylist and he was amazing! He paired each of the dresses with absolutely stunning accessories and kept my budget in mind! Iris also helped me with finding a dress and they both made me feel at home! I worked with Luke M who was super patient and helpful. I was a complicated Bride as Im indecisive and wasnt sure exactly what I wanted in a dress. Luke picked some amazing dresses for me and picked one I would of never picked for myself that I ended up really loving. The prices in the store were reasonable and the selection was great. I had to exchange my dress a month before my wedding because I gained a little bit of weight & the original dress was just not flattering anymore. I was super stressed coming into this but as soon as I got to the store, the receptionist was very friendly & helpful & paired me up with Ruby. I absolutely loved the experience I had with Ruby & appreciate all of her help because she gave honest feedback & really helped to ease my nerves. Kiri also assisted Ruby to find the dress that I chose & now I feel so confident!! I couldn’t recommend Ruby & Kiri more because I’m so thankful for their energy, recommendations & expertise. I worked with Iris and Luke and they were both wonderful! The dress I initially wanted wouldnt be in until November and my sisters wedding is October 16, 2021. They suggested another dress that was just as lovely and it will arrive on September 26, 2021. They were absolutely wonderful!!

I had an excellent experience at this location in particular, with high praise to share about my stylist, Luke! Luke was extremely thoughtful in his selections, and did an amazing job actively listening to what I wanted (or did not want) which led to dresses I would not have selected initially for myself, but absolutely loved (far better than the ones I had selected). He even made my shy 5-year old niece feel extremely comfortable and was so great in picking out some flower girl options for her. Luke is a true master of his craft and his natural talent and passion for what he does comes through in even just a short 60 minute interaction. I will definitely be returning again soon, specifically to work with Luke again!

My bridal appointment with Kenny at the Northlake location was great! He was attentive, accommodating, and personable. I greatly appreciated his professional candor and industry experience.Even though the place was crawling with bridal parties, we never felt rushed or ignored. Crystal was also very kind and helpful in answering questions about timelines and bustling.Selection was very good and dress prices seemed reasonable. Would recommend.

Kenny is AWESOME! From the moment I met him he made me feel welcome and special. His energy is infectious and so warm and inviting. He felt like my very own fairy God mother.... cannot emphasize it enough, he was utter perfection..That said, kind of wish his manager didnt hover so much. She made the appointment feel rushed and a little uncomfortable. Was also a little put off to receive a call a day before my appointment letting me know that weekends are busy and if I want a more personal experience I should have booked a week day. Makes sense that the manager was hovering with statements like that... get their money and get you out.Ultimately I ended up choosing a dress with another shop... But Kenny alone is worth going, especially if you need more budget friendly, off the rack styles.

Rachel was super sweet and helpful, diving a couple of times back into the showroom to find things she thought I might like. This was my very first outing to try on wedding dresses, so I went by myself (family lives out of town and I wanted to get a sense of what I like before getting input from the entourage I will be bringing next time). The staff was very attentive to me without overcrowding me. Seemed like there was plenty of selection there for my small budget (about $1000)I didnt buy a dress this time, but they saved the two or three I liked most to my profile online for next time. And even if I dont end up buying my wedding dress here, I will certainly be coming back for my bridesmaid dresses!

Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in and they let me look around and look at all the dresses on the racks. Jessica Stowe is the store manager but she helped me find the gown of my dreams. I gave a star for effort ! I made an appointment to look at some bride maids dresses, thinking that I would have her full attention in helping me and guiding me. She first ask me if I had any questions and I did and she answered them. I had to ask her if she could pull some dresses in my style I was looking at. I feel if you make an appointment with a stylist she should be their for you and guide you and if your dress is to big clamp it in the back, more help would of been great and plus I wish I would of know that I had to share her with a party of six . Cause I felt like I could of this my self with out her .

The ladies at this location are fantastic! I went in with an idea in mind for my wedding dress and stylist Ruby really brought it to life. She was very knowledgable, attentive and patient with me and assured me my vision was attainable! I cannot say enough good things to describe my experience.

Kenny then ensured that all the bridesmaid dresses were available in the various sizes we needed, and would arrive in our short timeline. He literally helped this task get checked off in less than an hour!

Looking for a dress last minute and visiting David’s Bridal was literally the best decision ever! I didn’t think i would find so many options based on size and prices as well! Luke was amazing! Got a great deal on a prom dress at Davids for my daughter. Staff was very helpful. It is weird that they take all of your info for a prom dress though. I get it if you are bridal dress shopping, but I dont need to be on all the Davids Bridal solicitation emails now, no one is getting married around here yet!

Amazing experience, we came in with no idea what we where looking for and needed bridesmaid dresses in 16 days. They where able to accommodate us so quickly and helped us every step of the way letting us know if it was possible. Overall I’m thrilled and so happy we came here. Went here to purchase my wedding dress. They were really nice from the start even on the phone to set up the appointment. Luke M was incredibly patient with me and my bridesmaids. We had 4 very different body types and far different ages along with a young flower girl. It took 3 hours for everything and never once was he impatient. He helped us find everything we wanted and more with many options and as someone who is very body self conscious and so was some of my group, he made us all feel incredibly confident. 10/10 recommend him here for anyone!

Let me start by saying that I was incredibly nervous to walk into Davids Bridal. Last time I went into a Davids Bridal (in Ohio) I was so uncomfortable. Everyone was super stuck up and mean.I have been to this Davids Bridal twice now, and I LOVE this store. I cant say for other locations, but the whole team is amazing.I do have to give an extra shout out to the hostess (I didnt catch her name), but she remembered me by my face from weeks ago.Luke was FABTASTIC! He really is a wonderful person and helped me look at things I never considered, but now love.Kenny was so comforting and funny!I am so excited to be doing my shopping here! ❤

This was my first experience at DB as a soon to be bride. I made an appointment and was reminded through various mediums of the appointment. When I arrived it seemed like they weren’t expecting me. I watched the DB associate help another bride very attentively but simply brought out my gown selections and left me to fend for myself. I was disappointed with the lack of attention and time shown. If you have someone trying on bridal gowns for the first time AND they schedule an appointment, please make sure you give them some acknowledgment besides simply bringing them dresses and walking away. The associates didn’t seem interested in helping me and that was the biggest disappointment. This was at the Northlake location. I’ll likely not be purchasing my gown from any David’s Bridal after that experience.

My dress is a bridesmaid dress. The quality is not that great and takes forever to come from wherever it comes from. For instance, if I ordered today, I would not received the dress till November I was told. The sizes are not true to size I normally wear a 10 and need a 14 in their dress. Alterations should come with the dress purchase. The alterations cost more than the dress! If youre going to get a dress there and need alterations go somewhere else for that.

Samantha is so knowledgeable and professional, but she’s also very kind.Her attention to detail is truly a gift.I’m here for a wedding fitting, but I’ll be back for all my alterations. Five stars is no joke.

Absolutely loved Luke M!!! He was patient, honest, and made a stressful thing so fun. He took me out of my comfort zone and I ended up picking a bridesmaid dress I never thought I’d end up in and I absolutely love it! He made sure I was comfortable and felt good in my own skin. There was a girl there who helped us make a decision towards the end but I can’t remember her name :( She was working so hard her whole shift and had such a sweet personality and was so patient as well.

This was the worst experience that a soon to be bride could ever experience! As I walked in to my appointment to approach the desk to check in the girl standing there was eating cookies like she was at her home dinner table! She did not greet me what so ever!! Another girl walked up asked me what I was there for an pointed to the bridal dresses and told me to pick 3-5 and someone would be with me to try on! Since when do you pick out your own dresses I thought that’s what the consultants were for! While trying on dresses the lady that was helping me was not the greatest!! The biggest turn off was me asking questions about a particular dress and not getting answers because he and another co worker were standing there having a personal conversation while he ate peanut butter straight from a jar!! How unprofessional!! This place is ghetto and tacky! I’m glad I did not find a dress that absolutely stunned me be as if I did I still would not give them one cent of my money!!

I was so impressed with how friendly and overall wonderful the staff was. We had an excellent experience with Luke, who went above and beyond to do everything he could for our bride as well as bridesmaids. I was equally impressed with his coworkers Ruby and Kenny were with helping in our experience!

After finding out we were expecting, I reached out to this store to ask what, IF ANYTHING, could be done about exchanging my dress for a larger size. I was told I could exchange my dress for a larger size or for a new dress completely. They scheduled me a day and time to come in, be re-measured and look at dresses. Exciting!! Well, The weekend before my appointment, I knew my family wouldn’t be in town the day of my appointment, so I went with my family to David’s Bridal in Durham to look around and try dresses on. This store actually explains the return/exchange policy so imagine my surprise when I learn that the only way I can exchange my dress is if it is of equal price. Which wasn’t the issue. The issue was that it was not communicated when I spoke with this store and scheduled the appointment. So I contact this store to get clarification and an understanding of why this wasn’t explained to me. Well, as Im expressing to her how disappointing it was that they didn’t state this previously, she puts me on hold. Literally while I’m speaking, she puts me on hold. I felt it was rude and unprofessional especially when I was being calm and respectful. The manager came to the phone and offered no apology for the miscommunication nor for the human who placed me on while I was speaking.I am so glad I’m only getting married once because I will never do business with this location again and my two lovely friends who are getting married next year have already moved their business from this store!

Ruby was my consultant and made my “yes to the dress” experience sooooo unforgettable!!! She was awesome!!!! She affirmed the dress I liked in the hangar by saying it’s going to be awesome on. She convinced me to try it. It’s the first and only dress I tried on. I absolutely LOVE my dress!!!

This is the worst place ever. Not only did we go in the store in February for my mom looking at wedding dresses and all the girls Bridemaid dress the lady who helped us told us it was her last day at the store. She did not help at all I did everything then when she came to measure everyone i told her I was pregnant with but due a week before my moms wedding and I needs to get measure bigger on top, she did not listen so when I got my dress in it did not fit had to call them take it back to exchange it out so that dress came in and it was the wrong dress not even the one I paid for so then I call again and I get told I have to take that dress back before that can exchange it I told them no they can let me keep the dress I have till the new one comes in just because it was going to be here a week before the wedding and the day of my due date. Mind you every time the dresses came in no one called me I had to call them, they say it’s because it just came in and they never had a chance to call. But the bad part is I got a text on Sunday about this last dress and she called today after I took my dress up there and got the new one. And they did not even offer me to get some type of money back for the hassle. So please please if anyone wants a dress don’t go to David’s bridal.

We’d like to commend the service we got from one of their associates- Kenny! I would’ve given 5 if there were a wider inventory for the sage green gowns but there weren’t much but Kenny made sure to go above and beyond in calling other stores to check for the size that we wanted. He gave us options of either having the one that’s a size bigger to be altered or find the right size from other store. Kenny is friendly, accommodating and attentive to details. I had the BEST experience today! The gentleman that helped me was just fabulous!!!!!! I can only give 5 stars but he was a 10 out of 5!

Don’t expect to be treated as a valued customer at David’s Bridal. I had an appointment to find a bridesmaids dress. The staff seemed annoyed when I arrived and took a while to find an associate to help me. When someone finally came to help, he gave me one dress to try on. When I came out of the dressing room, he had disappeared! I was literally standing there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to come help me with the size and other dress options. My daughter kept trying to track someone down with no luck and had to go pull dresses on her own to show me. It’s ridiculous that a company as large as David’s Bridal treats customers this way, and that appointment times aren’t honored. The selection/quality of dresses was also horrible, and I was given incorrect information about the return policy. If you’re thinking about using David’s Bridal for your wedding, I would STRONGLY advise against doing it. Go with a smaller shop that values customers and cares about the quality and availability of the dresses they offer.

As I am sitting in the parking lot excited about my bridesmaid dress purchase today. All thanks to the lovely Luke M! He was very helpful, made sure I got what I wanted and felt comfortable in. We also kept up a good conversation as well which I loved. Thank you again and see you soon!

Let me first start by saying Haley is amazing! She was such a HUGE help, and help me find a dress that I absolutely adore. I went to a different David’s Bridal and did not enjoy my experience. When I stepped foot into this David’s Bridal it was such a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is nice, helpful, and a great attitude!

My consultant was Miss Iris, she was Great!!! She had the most bubbly personality! She really knew her fabrics and designs and what would look good on me. I felt extremely comfortable with her. When I came in the store I was nervous, I didn’t know what to expect... Iris smiled and made a joke, and it was like we had been friends forever, I was at immediate ease. I will definitely request her on future visits for myself, my bridal party consultation and my mother of the bride consultation. I’m sure everyone will love her as much as I do!!!! My entire store experience was great from the moment I walked in until I walked out, I hope they continue with this same level of expert customer service. If they do this store will excel and exceed beyond measure.

First experience hunting for dresses. I have a specific budget that I wanted to stick too & was never pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. Jaylen was our stylist & he listened to my preferences, even brought me a dress based on my feedback. Loved getting to work with him. He made the experience easy & fun, and made us feel right at home.

Hello ! April 28th 2021, I went into David’s bridal almost devastated ! I had been looking for a prom dress all day all around Charlotte! I went inside and was politely greeted and showed around the store ! I told her what I was looking for and and employee named Kenny kindly offered to help me. Kenny was THE BEST retail worker I’ve ever seen working ! He helped me look all around, got my sizes, told me his opinion (of course I asked) but overall he was great ! Whoever trained him did great ! He even took the extra mile and carried my dress(s) for me around the store AND helped me pick the perfect shoes and dress! My senior prom is complete and it’s all because of Kenny and his team ! Thank you so much Kenny, I appreciate you. You make women feel beautiful! 10/10 recommended, go there and get the dress of your dreams ! All 5 stars from me !

I’ll never go back to them! I thought my dress experience would be fun time for me and my family, and it was until one of the associates was rude to my family! My mother was upset and if I hadn’t already decided on my dress, I would have left. Every time I went to pick up items (they failed to tell me was there, had to call on my own), they seem as if they don’t want to help and irritated. They informed my friend that it would cost her a lot to have her dress altered (same price as the dress), so they ordered her correct size instead. They are such a headache and I hate going, luckily I’m going elsewhere to have my gown altered. I recommend nobody coming to this store.

Compared to the Pineville Davids Bridal location where I got my wedding dress in February, this Davids Bridal did not compare in my experience during my appointment at all. The lady helping me was nice, but she had at LEAST five other appointments at the same time as me... I was shopping for my wedding veil and accessories, and it didnt feel like I barely had her attention. She would give me a few veils to try, then leave for 10 or more minutes helping other people in their appointments. And most of the veils brought to me did not go with my dress. I just felt very rushed. Thankfully I had my mother and one of my bridesmaids with me at the appointment, or I would have just left. They helped me try on the veils and decide which looked best. Definitely do not recommend this location (Northlake- Charlotte) for any bridal appointments. NOTE- my appointment was at 7:30 pm, so maybe thats why so many other people had appointments the same time as me. But there should have been more than one staff member helping with appointments... I will be sticking to the Pineville Davids Bridal for my other needs.
