First of all I want to personally thank the owner Jason for his professionalism. I called and I was greeted well and not treated like just another caller. He walked me through the quote and never change the price. They cleaned the gutters and the area around the gutters as well. This is my first time ever leaving a review but this was a must. Will use Carolina Clean Roof as much as possible. Thank you guys for such great service.

Mark did a great job on our house. He came when he said he would for an estimate, called the day before the cleaning, and then a courtesy call when he was in the neighborhood to see if we wanted to move any cars out of the driveway. He did a professional job on the roof ... even filled a couple holes and washed the front steps. Highly recommend.

Charlotte Roof Cleaning came out today and cleaned our roof... Our home is currently for sale and the black algae that commonly happens on most older roofs was really detracting from our homes curb appeal.... After a phone call, they arrived the next day (today) and gave us their quote and completed the work immediately. They went above and beyond doing extra things not included in their quote like removing rust stains from our water spicket and pressure washing the gutter on the back of the home... securing loose shingles.. We are extremely happy with their service! I would highly recommend them!
