The price was reasonable. They came when they said and it didnt take long. The gutters and downspout look awesome. Ive waited a while to see how they handle with time, Im not disappointed. A happy wife is a happy life. Thank you for the service.
Cleaning up my yard after installers left I found large pieces of shingle that came off with the removal of the old hood system. This was not brought to my attention. Also have large gap at an outside corner that wasnt measured properly before cutting. Also started raining shortly after install was complete and had massive water running off from an inside corner that installers said they will stop by later in the week to caulk it because they didnt have any caulk with them. They have not returned yet.
They gave me a good quote, showed up on time, did the job professionally and installed a quality product. No issues.
Had a very good experience with Brennan and Antonio. Brennan explained how gutter guards would work. He explained the warranties, and explained the installation. Worked within my budget. Antonio, installed the gutter guards and explained what he was doing during the installation. They arrived earlier than scheduled. New gutters were installed on rotten fascia boards. Rotten fascia was mentioned as a possibility in the contract. I was asked to be made aware if there were any rotten pieces so I could have new installed. I got the “run-around” from the company by being told the repairs would be done in two weeks. First rain I saw water pouring over the side of the gutters. I have heard from them but no repairs have been made. For $1,175 I received ineffective gutters on rotten fascia boards

I had the All American Gutter Protection Charlotte office install their protection system on my existing gutters. My old plastic gutter covers (installed by a previous homeowner) were always clogging-up with pine needles and were worse than useless. I selected the All American Gutter Protection product because of the corrosion resistant all metal construction and fine mesh pine needle resistant features.The installation crew showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They worked productively to remove the old guards and install the new system. Their workmanship is top notch and installed just as described in the company specifications. I am completely satisfied with the product and installation and would recommend this company to all considering high quality gutter protection.
We had All American Gutter out in November last year (2018) to install the leaf guard and to add a section of gutter on a new balcony we had built. The sales people were great, except they failed to include a cap we would need on the gutters. Installation wasnt great. The installer came out and began cleaning leaves from the gutter and began to complain about all the work. Then he installed the gutter and the leaf guard, but there was a section of gutter with no cap. I had emphasized the need for a cap with the sales people multiple times, but the installer had no cap. He came back two days later after I complained and after a heavy rain and installed the cap.In December, we noticed leaves accumulating on the leaf guard for the new section of gutters because there was a roofing lip that created a gap for leafs and debris to become lodged. I reported this to my contact out of Charlotte, Bob, and he acknowledged me, but then never followed up. As the leaves were nearly done falling, this became lower priority to have addressed immediately. But now I have another example where the service contact was unresponsive.Recently, we had a lot of rain, and at one point fairly heavy rain. I looked out front and notice water pouring over the gutters into the front yard. Same on the back side of the house. So I contacted the company through their web form describing that issue and the issue I saw with the gutters installed so close to the lip of the roofing creating the trap. The service manager reached out and said he would like to scheduling his technicians to come out the next day if possible, but to contact him so we could confirm. I wasnt available Tuesday, and I was very busy, so I didnt reach out immediately. The next day, two men arrived in an unmarked truck, with no uniforms, and began inspecting the house. They triggered our house alarm, waited for half a minute, and then left. Given where we live, we dont take chances with strangers (my wife is an attorney, so she has a heightened sense of wanting us and our six dogs to be safe). I promptly left a message for the manager to confirm it was his men that came out, and he replied and confirmed it.After explaining the issues with the manager (no confirmation, no contact before arriving, no uniform or markings on the truck and our security video proves this), we decided to try with scheduling. So on Thursday, I was supposed to commute to work, but canceled an important meeting and stayed home so we could simply resolve these issues. The appointment was set to be around 2-3 that day. At 4:30, I had heard nothing and reached out the manager. He had been focusing on a home emergency and I dont hold this against him, but his installers never called and never showed up. He later confirmed they would not be, but offered to reschedule again. He was very apologetic and nice, and listened to me, but unfortunately there have been many players in this whole experience, and they have all let me down in one way or another.So after all this, things are still not resolved. But at this point, Im posting my review. I give it two stars for the sales people failing to capture the need for a cap, installer poorly installing new gutter creating a trap, the installer with a bad attitude, the manager who didnt reply, the product not working in a heavy rain (despite the expertise fo the company to know what would be needed for it to work in heavy rain), the service technicians showing up without confrimation or company markings, the service technicians failing to show up at all on the next appointment, and no one coming out once they failed to show up to address the issue. I would give one star, but in regular rain, the system works, and I no longer have to clean those gutters (well, except the new gutter with the trap).These are a lot of problems to have for something that costs almost $3000. Im shocked and disappointed, and I do not plan to recommend this company to anyone. If I have any update after they finally fix our issues, Ill update my post.
We had All American Gutter Protection install a system on top of our pre-existing gutters. The company was easy to work with. Between our first meeting and install, we only had to wait one week. For the price, they aligned our gutters, cleaned them out, sealed any corners, and installed their system. Weve had a couple heavy rains since install and the gutters have held up great! Would definitely recommend this company.

I recently called the company and they sent out Dave. Dave is a great guy, he knows his stuff and gave us a great price. I told Dave a couple of horror stories about dealing with the local Greenville gutter companies. One company kept putting me off and never showed, and another one was unprofessional and the owner has been stalking my Facebook and google account, contacting my wife and threatening to sue me and get me fired from my job for a bad google review.(I know hes reading this, Hi stalker.) We finalized everything with the company over the phone, it was fast, easy, and they were super professional and friendly. The came out fast, did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely. One guy had over 16 years experience and the other 10. So we felt like we were in great hands. Everything looks great and is working great. I reccomend using All American Gutter Protection. Very honest and dependable, and wont stalk you online and threaten to sue you for a bad google review.
