I called and scheduled a delivery and they said it’ll be here in an hour and that they would give a 30 minutes out call. Incredible! I wish I could use SEKO all the time

My review its not with SEKO Charlotte but SEKO nationwide operations, Recently YRC who partnership with (HNRY) that at same time partnership with (Residential Direct) that at the same time and finally partnership with SEKO entrusted to SEKO to deliver one of our customized Doors this door got lost while delivering and can not be trace or found at all, also SEKO company never responded to any of the other companies inquiries neither show any good efforst to locate our door not even with a valid answer, there fore i believe SEKO can not be trusted.

Unreliable, unprofessional and Ill add one more nice compliment, liars. First delivery date wasnt fulfilled, 2nd one wasnt fulfilled and when I finally contacted them, Mike had an attitude and then lied not only to me, but also to the company I ordered from.
