Horrible communication, extremely long hold times, no one knows where my shipment is. Shipment is several weeks delayed and unfortunately I will likely have to claim this whole ordeal as fraud because the incredibly incompetent staff at Forward Air has no idea what happened. Never use this company.

Horrific staff and management, an embarrassment to the industry. I will have to follow with their own management along with the airline and forwarder who assigned our goods to this warehouse for resolution on our mishandled goods now. The people that work here are making a great argument to have their own jobs automated in the future, the supply chain cannot get rid of these losers soon enough.

I shipped a plywood well crated double oven valued a $3600 in home depot from Charlotte to Colorado.Paid close to $400 to ship and dropped it myself at terminal.Item travel thousands + miles to on be dropped from a lift gate in front of my customer.She refused the damaged oven and noted on bol.I file the easiest claim on earth with every required documents, photos and videos...2 weeks later a I was offer $ 300 settlement!I declined and will take my chances in court and already contact a TV program to help expose such practices.We have business to run too!!!Train your drivers on how to handle merchandise solo or dont even EXIST.

Forward air is awesome they are the best place i have worked they known how to keep a employee they treat you with respect they help u when u need it and they keep your wheels moving so can make great money and easily by the end of the work week u will be amazed at the miles u have run

Upon speaking with Paul with OTR ATBS he has assured me that Forward Air is the Best just do my homework

THIS PLACE DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR . DRIVER COME TO UNLOAD HIS LOAD AT 7 AM .THEY UNLOAD HIM AT 3: 30 PM .THERE ARE BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE DOING NOTHING. HIS APPOINTMENT TIME WAS 8 AM .THIS COMPANY WILL NOT SEE OUT TRUCK THERE ANY MORE .

I have been here twice, first time gave them the benefit for being so slow. If it is in my power will not pickup loads for this company, no regard for tuck driver’s time. We arrived at 10:00AM it is 5:34PM and still not done. DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!

Rushed me all day to get here and Ive been sitting at the dock for over 3 hours and my truck still hasnt been unloaded. Truckers avoid this place like the plague!!
