HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Go to an ACTUAL FedEx store inside of Charlotte Rmi Cargo. I paid for overnight shipping on Monday they were suppose to have a FedEx truck pick the package up the same day so it would arrive to me the following day by 6pm. They failed to have the package picked up on Monday and lied about the FedEx not showing up. When I asked for the pick-up confirmation number they could not provide it which showed they lied about ever doing it. It is almost Friday and I’m still waiting on a package I paid to get OVERNIGHT. I called the store numerous times and they kept giving me the run around. One of the sisters became very rude and kept hanging up and in the end refused to give me a refund even though the delay was their fault. All in all I will NEVER do business with them EVER again. So beware of the horrible customer service. They will NOT admit they are wrong.
