For future reference, if you want same day service, make sure your tab doesn’t exceed $50 prior to tax or you will get charged $15 same day fee.They surprised me after they got done with my printing. So be careful. Don’t worry about dealing with the store manager, Noah. He won’t help you either. He cares about his sales in the store more than customer service.

My mother and myself were in Fedex the other night, Wednesday, September 9, 2020. We needed to print flyers for our small business using the print and go feature on the printers. No one was helpful, when it came to purchasing paper and figuring out what compartment to put it in on the paper, since there are 5 trays. We were not spoken to until 8:01. An African American woman with braids came to us and said we are closed you must finish what you’re doing and leave. She didn’t ask if we needed help with anything. While we were trying to finish figuring out what we were doing, we were already $40 in and had wasted it because it did not print correctly. Another associate comes over and stands by us and says we must close. While i was trying to gather everything together, the same woman comes over saying “mam” so we ended our session are were pushed out of the door. I have managed in customer service and was already trained and trained others to be respectful and that customers come first. Rather than tell them you are closed, because the customer knows what your hours are and is more than likely trying their best to get in and out, offer assistance. It is more professional.

I have spent several days reading and writing at this Fedex Office since I relocated from California in October, 2020. The ladies working here have a lot of patience with customers. I have never heard them raise their voice or delay to help a customer. I have witnessed many customers come in here who have inadequate computer skills, have difficulties printing or using the printers and these ladies will take time and walk them through. I have met one or two men not so often. I highly recomment the workers here and I stand by my recommendation.

I’m at FedEx trying to locate a package. Instead of the lady jumping on the phone to contact someone to assist, she tells me to search the website with tracking and call 800. I mean you would think that tracking the package on my own was my first step right? And I’m at a FedEx location and you can’t even jump on the phone to figure out what was going on..... I hate horrible customer service

I’ve been to this store a few times and have never been to a FedEx office and print center prior. A wonderful staff member named Allie assisted me a couple of times. She was very informative and polite. I will continue to go to this store whenever I need copies or something printed out due to her wonderful customer service.

Weve gone several times to get photos printed, but the self service desk is always down. Most recently we called ahead and were assured twice that it was working. We got there and, of course, it was not. We waited around for about 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us before we just left. Ive also tried the shipping services, but after being charged $20 for a sheet of bubble wrap on top of the $50 just to ship it (standard, overnight was going to be WAY more), you can bet Ill never be back.

Horrible experience. I went in there to use the self-service copy machines to print off a presentation from my Google Drive (which is one of the options on the copier). For whatever reason, the browser wasn’t working, so I had to move to the full service copystation. As I’m approaching the station, the cashier walks away to handle another task. She, nor the gentleman at the packaging station, greeted me or let me know that they would be right with me. 5 minutes later, the cashier comes back and I explain what’s going on to her. She sends me over to the computer to print it from there, but FedEx charges $0.40 per minute for computer usage. Why should I have to pay to access the computers when it’s FedEx’s fault that their web browser won’t allow me to access my Google Drive from the copier, even though it’s offered as an option? She didn’t even offer to have me email the file to the store and print it with an access code. HORRIBLE experience, customer service was trash

Had been told outrageous prices for the print I needed and had almost given up hope. FedEx was the last shot and I was in dread as I pulled up to the store. Allie instantly replaced that dread with joy. She patiently listened to my issues, came up with a plan and put it into action in no time. I left the store in no time fully satisfied. Any print job I need done I’m coming straight to Allie. The customer service was unmatched.

I experienced great customer service. I called to ask a question, and found the person on the phone to be helpful. Then I went in to overnight a letter. I had to wait a few minutes, but I was acknowledged by two employees who said they would be with me as soon as possible. The person who helped me with my letter was careful and helpful.

Friendly, helpful, and best of all patient staff. I had to ship a steering box to Texas and was looking at a $200 bill for two day shipping. Not sure how and I cant remember his name, but this fast talking slender kid made a custom shipping box and got the price down to ~$40 for the same speed. He didnt have to, I didnt know any better, and would have paid. But he did, and thats customer service of the sort you just dont see anymore.

Ridiculous prices, staff dont help at all. Couldnt believe the lack of interest in helping a customer. Usually i go to UPS stores but had to get work done on Sunday and they were the only option I could find.never again- will wait until the work week and go to UPS store

Great for printing, especially large format, any other copy/office services Ive ever needed. Staff is great and always helpful.One star off because they used to be 24 hr but not anymore. I used to wind up there in the middle of the night when a project had to get done.

Don’t go at this location. One lady (a little chubby) asked me if she could help, I said yes, then went to the back and I waited for a good 5’. I asked the old lady with glasses for her help but she wasn’t helpful at all! Smh.

I have NEVER had poor service, even as far back when these stores were Kinkos. Today I went in to print something from my Dropbox account. I tried three machines. None worked. I was told they could contact help desk to help, but was then told there was nothing they could do. The staff seemed to not car or know what I was trying to do. An alternative, like using a workstation, was never offered. I will never visit this location again.

I waited 10 min for someone to assist me and there was literally no one in the store. I thought this notebook was new and when I opened it pages were torn out so I went to return it. Maureen called me a liar when trying to return the item. Next time I’m just shopping on amazon. Huge inconvenience.

I was misled on when my package that I was shipping will arrive at the location I was sending it to. It was time sensitive material and the employees seemed to not care. It doesn’t seem like these guys are trained properly. I won’t be coming back to this location.

No issues whenever I need to send something out. Usually very helpful. Felt the packing tape was a little expensive, but I should have had some foresight and picked it from Walmart or Amazon. Otherwise no issues. Im usually in and out at this location.

I come to this location a lot to ship parcels for work. To start off I think 3 stars is too generous, I’d likely give it a 2.5 stars. The wait to ship something is always wayyy too long and the time it takes to get a shipping label is also more complicated than it need to be. In my most recent visit the lady who was helping me (Sarah -Asistant Manager) spent about 5 minutes telling me my package couldn’t be shipped to the address because it was invalid. Turns out Sarah thought New Mexico was a country and wasn’t able to find it in their system. It was funny but it ended up wasting my time. I had to ask to see her screen to verify she typed it in correct.

It was certainly a very traumatic experience today. Katie was very helpful, but the other ladys pushing you out attitude and unwillingness to help or even show a common decency and courtesy to answer your questions in a polite and kind manner was just unexpected from FedEx.

Quick and easy self printing. All you need is a USB. You even pay right there at the printer. No need to even talk to anyone, theyre open 24/7, and cheaper than office max.

Check settings before you print or copy anything! Printers default to color instead of B/W. Im sure some marketing idiot thinks hes clever by having the printers default to color which is $.65 per page instead of black and white which is $.12 . Advertising one price while defaulting to another unless you change 2 settings ahead of time is dishonest and misleading.

Horrible horrible service. I paid $87 for overnight delivery on something less than 1lb, and they lost my very important package. Tracking said delivered but the recipient never got it!!! Horrible service, I will NEVER use FedEx again. You lost a customer forever.

I have used their services couple of times, mostly to use their printers and scanners. So mainly I would focus on this part in the review. Their systems are pretty old, especially the PCs, so if you are attempting to work with the PC, you must know that the system takes around one and half minute to load everything after it starts charging you, so you will pay for that minuets though you can not use the system. There is not much service people around you in order to help you how to manage everything, this is compared to the size of the store which is pretty big. Usually there has been problems with the printers which is not acceptable, like paper jams and errors.

Big store, you can send almost any type of package here, buy boxes of all sizes or several other stationeries including bubble wraps etc. Just take the item you want to send and they would have everything you need. The staff may not seem very helpful, but my experience wasnt bad either.

The most expensive place EVER!!!!!!They charged me $1.50 a sheet for color glossy paper.. UPS and other places charge about $0.40 a page..!!!There is nothing that can justify they charging 4x more..!!!!!!!!!!!I will NEVER go back there..!!!!
