I have worked with Apex Systems in the past but September 2021 I had a call for a good contract rate close to what I have done in the past.The recruiter found out where I was working and said she couldnt submit me for that contract because I was working for a telecommunications company they work with at times. So I didnt get submitted to the large bank she was calling about for Angular 12 and .NET Core. I have been a developer for over 16 years professionally (getting paid for it) and had experience for the technology they were having a hard time finding a developer.Now I will have to never work with Apex systems ever again because they want to play a game with me blocking me from a job due to a silly rule they have when it is their job to fill positions for companies.I guess getting on third of the developers money each hour doing nothing while the developer does all the work as a contractor getting zero benefits is not enough for Apex Systems to be a stand up company.

Please do not waste time with this company. They had me signed a contract for a job. I already quit my job, turned down offer, and suspended my job hunting so I can start my project with them. However, they waited a day off just to tell me that the project delayed and now they dont even have any information when I can start.I even told that this puts me into financial trouble because I have no income since they delayed my start date and Ill be going on without any source of income. Itll take me even longer if I have to find another job with the job market now, but they dont care.If you dont want to fall into the same situation where I am now, STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN.

These people are eager to onboard you, after that, they wouldnt respond to you properly.My wife is on H4-EAD and she joined a client though Apex.1. During the pandemic, they didnt provide a laptop, neither reimburse for the equipment.2. By default, you would not be enrolled for Short-term or Long-term disability automatically. You have to do it during onboarding. If you join with this company, please make sure you check that box.3. They never filed for H1B for her either. No one responded for weeks until the deadline has ended.

Completely unprofessional, never followed up after my interview like they said they was. I called several times after the day they was suppose to call ; for them tell me numerous of times the recruiter I was working with was out of of the office ; then went to he no longer work there. Finally got in touch with the recruiter Jacob and then they say the project loss it’s funds so they can no longer hire people. It was a whole bunch of running around and phone tagging. Finally called again several months later and they say they are still hiring for that position got transferred to Jacob again and he said they aren’t hiring lol . Again a bunch of running around.

Our new windows are in and look great! The installation crew did a fabulous job, they were polite and cleaned up inside and out.
