Updating my review to 1 star. My phone no longer works properly after going to Fix Factor. I have to correct everything I type because nothing is aligned propertly anymore. I can barely use my phone now. For example, just typing this review took a couple minutes. Very upset and would not recommend.

Fix Factor is a small, family-owned business with very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable staff. I have a very expensive, very old and beat-up Dell laptop with a broken hinge, which made the charging area (and therefore the computer) totally unusable. I was using a much older, more frustrating Mac desktop instead for a very long time, but lost some functionality because of how old it was.The person who fixed my device had a strong education in computers, and was able to give me a very thorough, clear explanation of what the issue was. I have no knowledge of the inner workings of a laptop, so I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions (and I had many). He fixed the hinge and I haven’t had issues with it since.A few months later, my charger simply stopped working. It was to be expected; the unit was pretty old. When I dropped off the computer for another repair, Fix Factor was able to get me a good price for the part I needed. The repair was completed as soon as the part arrived.Fix Factor has also fixed several iPhones of mine. Upon repairing my current one, I was also able to get an affordable privacy screen as a replacement for my broken screen cover. It worked for privacy purposes, but I had significant issues with the sensitivity of the touch screen. I brought this up while picking up my computer, and they kindly gave me a brand-new privacy screen, free of charge, and put it on for me in the store. It was expertly applied (no dust underneath!) and I have had no problems with it since.I highly recommend visiting Fix Factor to fix your damaged electronics. The staff is patient, competent, and caring. I will continue to visit this location as long as they are in business.

Went to FixFactor today. I was very pleased with the professional service I received. My daughters cell phone screen was cracked and microphone clogged with dirt and FixFactor repaired it. The cell phone looked new and works perfectly! FixFactor had supplies available and the service was fast and affordable!

Prior to my arrival, my iPhone XS Max was glitching so bad that I could not even use it. It would call people and was acting as if someone was typing on it. Less than thirty minutes, my phone was repaired, purchased a new case and privacy screen. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. Came to get my 2011 Macbook Pro fixed - it kept getting stuck at the beginning load screen, come to find out my harddrive was fully maxed out of space, so Ahmed was able to not only swap out my old Harddrive with a brand new SSD drive that was twice the storage space as my last one! Not only that, but he added 4Gb of Ram and I was able to save my old 256gb HD and Ahmed showed me how to use it as a External HD via a USB cable! Excellent work from Fix Factor! Will return again for any technical support
