I took my cracked iPhone 6plus for repair. The screen was badly damaged, and lines was running through. The cost for repair $100.00. LeftMy phone for repair, came back to pay and pick up. Happily i got my fixed iPhone. A few days later, the touch screen portion stopped working. I then took the phone back to the store, it was determined at that time. The motherboard was bad. I was offered my money back without hesitation. I give a five star because the gentleman couldve easily just took my funds. His part was to fix the screen. I am thankful and grateful for good people in this world. Great customer service goes a long way!Thank you!

The store was slightly difficult to locate. It did not have what I needed, nor were they able to help. It is not called Simple Mobile- it has another name.

If it was up to me I would give them zero stars, this is absolutely the worst phone service ever and very terrible customer service!! And I’m speaking of simple mobile the phone company itself
