Increadily slow delivery. I purchased a game through Walmart that was apparently brokered through Zip, and I am not getting the game by the guaranteed date. I did not receive so much as an email stating that the delivery would be late, and now I have to rearrange my plans for tomorrow to receive my item. Avoid
