I first ordered refrigerator water filter. Then I learned I could order other filters. I ordered A/C filters. I cant find filters for my range hood, I thought maybe Filters Fast would have them? Im now waiting for these to arrive. Im so excited to replace them. Hope I got the right ones. Im glad they send frequent texts, or I would not have thought of the A/C or range hood filters.

The product is great. However, the free shipping is very slow so allow at least 15 days. I ordered on June 22 and didnt receive it until July 7, so that was 15 days and was due to have been delivered by June 30 or July 1 so we had to buy one locally as our well filter needed changing. They use the cheapest ground shipping available. Ive ordered from them several times over the years and it has not changed. 5 stars for product, 0 stars for shipping. Great if youre not in a hurry

The order took almost three weeks to arrive. When I called customer service to complain, they basically said that is just how long it takes.They ship with USPS. It took almost 10 days to get to CA from the east coast where they manufacture the product.I wouldn’t suggest them if you need the product quickly.

Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I have been doing business with this company for at least 4 years and had an automatic renewal for replacement every 6 months. It was difficult to get it to fit properly when all of the ones that I have had in the past were no issue. Well for the last 3 nights I have had water leaking from underneath the refrigerator and was almost thinking that I had a major problem on my hands and when I removed the filter it had a loud hissing sound and water all over the place and I reinserted it and now it seem like the leaking has subsided!! When I called Filters Fast I spoke to their customer service rep Tamica I could tell right away that she had a bit of of an ATTITUDE and when I explained what had happened, she said oh yeah, the filter was changed!!!! I asked her why I was not notified prior to shipment and she just told me I am going to have to buy it elsewhere. At that point I was so TICKED off I ask to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Norman who offered no solution except Ill send your money back and no apologies for the lack of communication!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF you dont mind a company lying to you--these are your folks! It was time to reorder (yes, I have used them before with no problems) a refrig water filter. For several months this summer the item showed as out of stock with delivery in Dec. On 4Aug their website showed the item available, I ordered three. Delivery was estimated for 11Aug. On 13Aug I checked their website for status, it showed item to be shipped by tomorrow. It showed that status for several weeks. I called customer service on the 14th and talked with a supervisor. She said item was out of stock and was due in on the 18th. She said she would upgrade shipping. On the 24th I called again and talked with a supervisor. He explained the item was due in on the 26th and he would give me a discount on the cost. They sent me an email with a tracking number for FedEx. Delivery took 15 days! for 700 miles.In summary, they lied when they sold me a product they did not have in stock, they then made up a delivery date. They set the status of my order to ship by tomorrow when the item was out of stock. The supervisor #1 promised upgraded shipping, supervisor #2 promised a discount--neither happened.Curt Jagger, McKinney TX

Theyve had some delivery issues for some products--but kept me informed & finally got my order to me.

I have been a customer of FiltersFast for several years, and until this past year, have experienced fantastic efficiency and customer service. I have a standing order, every six months for hvac air filters, electrostatic post filters, water sediment filters and refrigerator filters. Everything Ill need for the next six months. In previous years, my order would be delivered quickly, in one box, or two at most,. This past order, each item came separately, as if they were drop shipped. So, rather than arriving at the same time, the boxes were staggered over 2 weeks. And, no word from Filtersfast identifying any problem, so I didnt know if my order got hijacked or what. When after another week of waiting, the water sediment filters hadnt arrived, I went on the website to try to determine the situation. There were listed six shipments for 5 items, but the shipment items had no correlation to any of the ordered products, so I couldnt tell what got shipped when and what hadnt. So I called Customer Service who informed me that the sediment filters were out of stock. No offer to ship a comparable product. So I ask for a comparable product which was similarly priced. Out of an original order of 6 sediment filters I received 2. When that shipment arrived and I called Customer Service to inquire on the remaining 4, they told me that the alternative filters were out of stock, but that the original filters Id ordered were back in stock. So I asked for 4 of those to be sent. Customer Service did not have the authority to ship them. they had to forward the request to HQ for approval. Usually a companys processes improve over time, but in this case, Id definitely say that Filters Fast is dropping the ball big time. Theyll have one more chance to show that theyve got their stuff together, or Ill be shopping elsewhere.

I ordered my filters for my HVAC system and it was very easy. My filters are very expensive and hard to find. They are 25x25x5. My last order was from another company and they were $55.00 for 2. I received 2 filters from Filters Fast after I signed up for the automatic delivery every 6 months the filters cost $36.00 TOTAL. They are good quality filters. Just as good as the ones I paid $55 for.. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Received my humidifier filter quickly. The packaging was appropriate, so that there was no damage to the filter. The new filter was a perfect match in size, type, and composition to the one it replaced. I have used FF for a couple of years now with no problems. This last order they charged my debit card five times for the same transaction which tied up hundreds of dollars for several days meaning I didnt have access to my money. When I called them they didnt seem at all concerned and simply said their records show I was charged once. After several days the extra charges was put back into my account. Looking for another filter source, since I now have lost trust and confidence.

For a company with Fast in the name, this took over a month to arrive. Their customer support was nice but not particularly helpful in making things move quicker. My package was sent back out of province after arriving at a depot 2 hours from me. Either their shipper sucks or they are giving them bad instructions. The filter is fine though a little dinged up, works fine.

I had a bad experience when I ordered my filters here, since it took weeks and when I installed them one leaked, however after posting this and saying I had to go buy another set of filters locally, I was refunded all my $ from Filters Fast. I appreciate that! It still caused me to wait weeks for a set that didnt leak, but having my $ refunded did soften the blow.

The website was unclear as to what was included. When the filter arrived, it was short one (pair was ordered). I returned the single and requested a refund....that took 2-3 weeks to get. Not a company I felt was easy to deal with from start to finish.

Ordered 13.5x29.5 filters and was shipped 14x30 filters. Customer support kept asking for multiple photos with a tape measure of the filter I received when the filter clearly states 14x30 on it when I ordered 13.5 x 29.5....

If someone told me about the customer service at filter fast I would not have believed them. I placed my first order with them my product arrived damaged. I filled out the form on the website. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. I am getting the impression that they dont care. My real concern is the manner in which my order was packed and shipped. Protecting my order was never thought about during shipping. The price was right but I have yet to receive any thing for my money 16 days later. I contacted customer support 8 days ago. My patience has been exhausted. Your reply to this review does nothing to resolve my issue I cant then reply back to you!

I was very happy with Filters Fast and their professionalism on the phone. My only issue is with the shipping from FedEx. The delivery took twice the estimated time to arrive by no fault of Filters Fast.

One of my 3 filters was stuck at fed ex center for over a week. I called to try to get something done at I needed that filter. No help, I demanded a shipping charge refund as I paid for expedited shipping. I was told I would get a call within 48 hours and I could discuss that at that time. No call ever happened. I told them to cancel my order because in 48 hours, I would have it delivered from Amazon, and I did. They didnt cancel and the filter did eventually arrive. Box was smashed and then filter particles were loose in the box and my porch. I called again, was told I had to repackage it and send it back, the filter media was coming out of the box at this point. Finally got someone to allow me to send a picture of it for a refund. Then, no refund, I called, they said I received my refund. That was for shipping.... After explaining everything again, a few days later I received my refund. By that time, my new filters had been installed for over 2 weeks! Terrible customer service!!!

This order was for GE refrigerator filters. Shipping took about a week. I wasn’t in immediate need, but keep in mind if you need faster or get faster shipping. Suggest to Fastfilter to ships these in a box vs envelope. One arrived with filter box crushed. Hence 4 star I will order again.

I signed up for having a filter sent every six months. When the first filter was due, my credit card was charged, but no filter arrived. According to Filters Fast the filter was shipped through DFX. The tracking number given only showed the day it was shipped, nothing more. After waiting over a month I contacted Filters Fast and they did ship another filter, using UPS this time. They were responsive to my complaint, and I suggested they check their carriers better in the future.

Found and ordered on-line. Perfect fit filter as their info stated it would be. Filter arrived very quickly and saved me a lot of money

This reflects mainly the choice of shipper used by the seller. Three weeks after ordering filters, my box was delivered by FedEx to an address where I have not lived for over five years. Apparently during the three weeks my box bounced around the country, its shipping label became damaged, so someone at Filters Fast looked up and gave the shipper my old address in their system rather than my actual address. To top it off, the package also had a weird amalgam of both my billing and (separate) actual shipping addresses on it. Clearly, at least one person not paying one bit of attention. Im just glad I was only planning ahead, and dont need the filters fast.

FiltersFast had the item I needed and at a competitive price. The only drawback was the shipping time, it was delayed. Fortunately I didnt need it immediately but some notice upon purchasing would have been nice. To their credit they did eventually notify me of a delay in receiving the item. They did ship it as soon as they received it. I will use them again, maybe ordering this item much earlier in the heating season!

Took over two weeks to deliver so had to buy elsewhere and refused order when it finally showed. Emailed but no response from them and no credit so had to go through the credit card company to get a refund. Checked and saw the package was returned to them in four days so I know it was received.

I normally give 5 stars. I have been ordering fridge water filters from filters fast for over 5 years. However, this last purchase the package arrived like it was in a war zone. The filters were out of their torn packaging and they were sent in a regular plastic envelope with no padding what so ever. The filters are not what I ordered and not sure if they will actually work. I have not tried them yet because the fridge filter is still good and I normally purchase ahead.

I was never told my shipment would be delayed yet they still charged my card. I took the initiative and called to see what was going on and found out that it wasnt even shipped yet. I then proceeded to cancel my order within the same phone. I received an email days later that my order would be delayed and a day after got another email saying that order was shipped and heading to me. Still didnt get my order cancelled nor my money back, therefore called AGAIN, the person was rude and not helpful, told me she can refund me price of the filters but not for shipping. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold forever who ended up not being there. I then called back again, and was told that this person couldnt do anything about it and I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor. No luck. Before calling again, I got a message from my PayPal account that I received a refund from filter fast. I will NEVER do business here again and definitely NOT recommend to friends/family.
