I can’t say enough good things about this postal distribution center and it’s employees They are busy but always pleasant and so helpful to my son and myself and supportive of our small business and daily mailing of 40 to 100 packages, never had any issues they take the mail scan it and send it in it’s way in record time I have spoken with 7 or 8 workers there in the last 6 months all have been helpful taking our tubs of mail with a smile and suggestions These postal elves work hard and do their best to provide good service I just wanted to say Thank you for always being nice to us and for doing such a great job helping small businesses Our daily mailing was so stressful until we met you and you taught us what to do and helped us with a smile every day we came if we saw you and if we didn’t we could see the tracking and our packages were never there more than 20 hours and way less most days Keep up the great work you are my Etsy stores unsung heroes!! The folks here do a great job work hard and are still nice to customers even if they only have it’s only for 15 seconds as they take your mail put it in transit and wave goodbye and say see you tomorrow and bring us more mail we love it it’s job security!

This is NOT a full service post office. They were very friendly, but I’m not sure why it shows up in maps as a post office.

This place terrible. Constantly distributing packages to the wrong post offices, causing delays and stuff usually ends up in Greensboro. Example (and this has happened before) - a priority mail package left this place on 10/22 to a post office at zip 28227. My post office is 28277. 10/23 it arrived at the 28227 post office. Left that post office 10/23 and on 10/24 it’s now at Greensboro regional distribution center, so it’s now 100 miles away. How do I know this package is correctly labelled and isn’t mislabelled in some way causing USPS issues? Informed Delivery. USPS know the exact name and address that this package needs to go to, yet it goes to Greensboro after hovering around Charlotte for 2 days. FL to Charlotte - 1 day. Charlotte Distribution Center to my house - 3 days and counting.. What is it with these clowns???

Priority Mail via this place is haphazard at best.Many arrive here and go into the usual automated “In Transit to Next Facility” status every night at midnight for days because the letter or package hasn’t been scanned for 24 hours. The image shows a Priority Mail package that’s been sat there for 6 days now. Priority Mail is supposed to be 2 days. So far it’s been 10. From NJ to NC. It’s more like Media Mail...I’d rather they give us a way to pick up packages from this place, but whatever.Never had this issue with any other distribution center near Tampa, Denver, DC - only this one.

It would be nice if my mail can arrive on time or at least communicate in advance that my package will arrive later than expected.

I order and receive many packages, but if they land here first they always STAY A DAY before traveling the 20 miles maximum to the Post Office that then delivers them to me. IF the delivery date says a particular date for delivery I ALWAYS add another day for the time that my packages invariably SIT at this location. Poor service guaranteed.

Traveled from Palm Springs to Charlotte today, NOV 1, 2017.Forgot to mail a check before leaving.Did a search for the 24 hour airport PO and found it to be closed.Map showed one 24 place on Scott Furtrell Dr just south 85 at BGP.Walked up to a locked door at 7pm. Lady who let me in said they only process mail now. No retail counter.Told her I wanted to buy an envelope and a stamp (forgot mine at the hotel.) She smiled and said let me go find you one.Came back 2 minutes later and gave me both and wouldnt take any money. Made my day.Told her you are the best of all the people who made my long trip go pretty good. Dropped the envelope in a box with a 730 pm collection and its in the mail.Will tell this story about her for many years. This womens kindness saved me a $50 late fee on my mortgage payment.

This place dose alot everyday for people /people do t even realize and I dont even live here but my packages have to come through here thank you guy/Girls for all the hard work yall do for everyone in north Carolina 🇺🇸🇺🇸❤💙💜🇺🇸🇺🇸☝️☝️☝️
