Security was very accommodating since I was 2 hours early for a drop, allowed me to park. Everyone was so nice and professional. It took a while but thats everywhere, no complaints.

Had a 8pm appt, only had half trailer load. Arrived at 2pm. Since they had already taken 2 trucks early, they told me I could check in at 6pm, during second shift. Gave me a door at 8:05pm, left at 9:45pm. They didnt seem that busy but whom am I to question. Other than the long wait, wasnt too bad.

Is fast but is by appointment 30 min before your app

Best Walmart/Sams Club DC I ever been to. I wouldnt mind coming back again. I checked in at appt. for 845am and was out by 1030am. Only thing I didnt like was that I had to drop trailer in the door but they got a nice system.

Nice gaurd shack peeps. If your doing live unload when you pull in go right past first staging area about 100yards to little shack will be on your left #3 gate is at 117 bldg u need to be inside fence to 119 bldg. They unloaded in about an hour.

For a small facility with 2 other company on the same lot, they were very efficient.

I came on time by appointment 08.28.21 by 9.00pm.This reciever representative (SAMS club) telling me come back after 2 days. I have paper work, BOL with appointment time. The lady from receiving office was very rude. I hope, someone takes care about workers attitude.

Good for a DC, very nice lady at guard shack, was n and out n about an 1- 1/2. Not bad at all.

Its a pretty easy going place you coming to the gate go past the first guard go to the second guard. They tell you what door to put your trailer in your $2 down drop it disconnect and go wait on the other side of the building with the bobtails till theyre done. Then you will swing back around pick it up and you swing around the building again get your bills and you were to leave ASAP

Was hoping for a good experience since I deliver a lot to Sams Club in Taylor, PA and usually Im out within 2hrs, not the case here. App for 12:15pm arrived at 11:15am got a door right away, now its 4pm and still not unloaded and couldnt get an answer from the warehouse on the status of the load. I could see that the dock door where my trailer sits was closed so it made me believed the load was pulled off my trailer but that was almost 2hrs ago and still nothing. I dont think i be coming back here again. The people too werent that nice that some of the comments stated, at least the ones in the warehouse because the check in process was cool. No complaints there.

Always fast and friendly. Today they did lose my paperwork for a bit but usually very easy place to unload.

Not to hard to find location wise I guess. Its Friday night after 18:30 and very busy. Its a nice line to wait. Just as anywhere bring your patience, maybe a book or 3 some movies and get comfy. It is very small with all the business Sams does what is with the whole in the walls trying to run trucks thru I just dont get it. Appt. Time or not your going to wait!

I know that not all experiences are the same. This place never disappoints me! I arrived at 5:00 a.m. for a 5:30 a.m. appointment and by 6:45 a.m. I was out. And its Sunday. Super nice and nice people.

Everything ran smoothly for me. One of my best and most efficient deliveries. Appointment was for 0800. I checked in around 0730. Waited in line at security for about 10-15 minutes. Was told to go around, park, and wait for call with dock number. As I was about to park, security called with dock number. I waited about 10 minutes for the driver whose trailer was in my dock to come pick it up. I backed into the dock, dropped my trailer, then went back to security to get paperwork to take to office. Took paperwork to office. Waited about 10-15 minutes, then got a call that my trailer was ready and to come pick up my BOL. I was completely done with BOL in hand by 0850.

In and out fastBUT they could at least put up some sort of canopy at the guard shack so the drivers arent standing in the rain and nasty weather

If you have little to no hours not the place for you..appointments dont matter everybody waits here..I repeat EVERYBODY! So you important super drivers might want to avoid this place cause your a nobody and they will pleasantly tell you how it is...Wait and Wait and........Wait. Its super small and super tight. You unhook and all that jazz. It made me very sad going here..but its part of the bidneszzzz!

Easy in and out pick up drop off load

Nice place to go and unload. Check in is at Security Post 3. They take your trailer number, truck number and phone number. THEN, they will assign you a dock door. Once you are at your door, unhook, chock your trailer wheels and bobtail to designated areas. Once they have finished unloading, you will receive a call to go and reconnect to your trailer and other instructions. *NOTE: This is a One Way drive around the building. Once connected, drive around to the trailer lot and park to get your paperwork (this area is just past the employee parking). Walk over to the office part of the building, on your left, and enter the glass door on the very right to pickup your paperwork. You are now done. Don’t forget to smile and wave at the guard on your way out.

Polite check-in people place is surprisingly small & cramped for a distribution center. No o/n parking. Easy to find but entrance appears abrubtly. Live unload for me was ~1hr.

Its a busy small place. But whenever you make it on the dock, you should be unloaded quickly.

Pretty good place to deliver to great if your dropping maybe even a am delivery appt but good luck with a pm deliver allow you to wait however your losing time with no where to park for the night unless you get lucky

This D.C. home run appointment 1410 on a Sunday called traffic at zero 5 a.m. she said come on Inn checked in back in the doc unloaded A full truck mix products was out of here an hour and a half if every place was like this Trucking would be awesome only problem no overnight parking theres a Loves at Exit 83 about 7 miles away small BP at the exit when you get off for the DC definitely home run call before you come up so maybe you wont be disappointed not sure they can do that all the time but definitely when theyre not busy

This is not a retail store or club. It is a distribution center for Sams Club & is where I currently work. It is not open to the public.

Check in at 7:00 am for 7:30 am appointment. Have to wait 15 mins for a dock. Trailer was empty in an hour. You have to unhook the trailer and chock the wheels. Lady in the yard shack forgot to share this information, yard man came and told me to unhook. All an all good place, Quick unload. I was out by 8:30.

One of the fastest distribution centers. I dont usually be here no more than a hour. My longest was 2.5 hours

This DC isn’t as bad as others. You can arrive an hour early. Get docked, unhook and park across from your truck. Quick, organized correctly and very friendly staff. I’ll go there again.

Guard was frazzled. Saying she usually works shack 2 not 3. So took a little while to get a door. You have to separate and block wheels. No one tells you this I just followed what I seen. Unload was fast. Took about 1.75 hrs to complete the drop.

Can stay on the street, by appointment only, fast unloading, unhook trailer park somewhere and take a nap.

Be prepared to lost your hours here.

Not really much of a DC. More of an oversized cross-dock facility. Nice enough people though. Drop on door, chock your wheels, disconnect and park in bobtail area till they call. Been here for about an so far.

I caught them on one of the bad days I guess.14:45 appt. Got here at 13:30. Waited 1 1/2 hours for a door. Has been another 1 1/2 hours and It doesnt look like theyve started unloading yet..

Sounds are confusing on getting in and the yard is tight for the constant traffic coming in.No place to sit and wait so dont come too early. Once youre in though it all goes fairly quick.

This is a total disaster the way they work is so lame and not useful even for the ones that works there I had an appointment at 11am then the check in booth said that it was for 12 what kind of deal is this loosing everybody time drivers from far and making wait for hours please the changes y’all have made are making everything worse lady so rude and then changes to make it worse instead of making all easy 🤔Please think

Everytime I deliver here I am treated very well. Everybody is so nice.

I often find myself picking up loads from this location and it is always unpleasant and takes so long! I have been to this location four times already this year and all four have been a headache ranging from overweight trailers to rude security guards. The scale they have is also off on its weights due to the fact that it isnt perfectly level. I wish I didnt have to pick up from this location but unfortunately it is popular for my company.

Drivers, make sure you have a full clock when you come... they are ridiculously slow. Dont have to worry about me taking anything there again.

Third time here. Security check in is quick and you get a door right away. Gata disconnect and chock. Unload is fairly decent on timing. I got here 2 hours early once and they were done right at appt time so I wouldnt recommend arriving too much earlier. Its a decent enough drop.

This place is Trash, the Manager of this facility Mr. George Billy has a lot to learn on how to be professional. Its unfortunate that we cant get people who are old enough to know and do better to ultimately know and do better. If I was a OO I would turn a load down to this place everytime.

Delieved twice at this place and everything went smoothly. I would come back here. Nice lady at check in.

I had a delivery today. My personal experience wasn’t bad at all. They work hard.

I was Checked in, unloaded, and back out within an hour. Arrived 15 min before my appointment. Ladies at guard shack are super nice.

Check in on 12:30 pm, APPT 2:00 PM, already 5:15 pm still waiting

I don’t know how long they are going to take to unloading me but the security lady is a professional doing her job very nice and helpful

Too many people trying to make decisions and not enough people following orders. Guard was friendly and helped out. An hour to get a preloaded trailer. At least it wasnt overweight because I would have had to wait until the next day to get it reworked.
