Purchased few phones from UWG through INCOMM market place, B grade actually are D grade quality, one of the iphone 7 had a home button & charging-port issue tried to do a RMA for a replacement but it was return back stating home button flex ripped suggesting customer damage I dont know how is that possible when the phone was never sold & it was returned in same condition that it has arrived in, bottom line will not purchase any phones from marketplace.

Ive been dealing with United Wireless Group since 2013. Theyre always helpful, accommodating and most importantly, their prices are great on handsets. Ive probably ordered thousands of handsets from them over the years and have had very little issues. When I do have an issue with a phone I just send it back and get a credit. They dont hassle me about anything and they always keep me updated on their newest promotions and inventory. I highly recommend as a master dealer.

Poor customer service. The technical support is a waste of time. Phones are used refurbished junk. The owner i think his name was Chris, is a narcissist jerk. It’s like arguing with a child. I strongly do NOT recommend United Wireless Group. Use a trusted cell phone provider. It’s true you do get what you pay for, and that should of been my first clue.

Extremely low-quality devices and poor customer service. We ordered 16 phones that were supposed to be grade A or B. Almost all of them were grade C or D at best. Deep scuffs and scratches in nearly all screens and housings. Worn out, degraded batteries. One device was dead-on-arrival. Some were missing plates and screws inside. Some had tripped liquid damage indicators. We were shown dozens of example photos of their grade A/B stock before we placed our order...the photos looked good. But we received much different quality in the mail. We had to replace the screens, batteries, and housings on the majority of the devices ourselves. UWG declined to credit our account for our parts and labor. When we did send the one DOA device back in for an RMA, we were promised an expedited 2-3 day turnaround time. 12 days after they received the phone I decided to call them and check on it since we had not heard a word from them. Turns out that their techs were still fiddling with it, trying to repair a damaged logic board, and that our replacement device had not even been shipped. It finally shipped today. God knows what kind of quality well receive. Not much effort on behalf of the customer service team to make things right. They wanted us to send all the damaged devices back for RMA, but with wait times like that we could not afford to miss the sales, which is why we took it upon ourselves to refurbish the products they sent us. Needless to say, we also had zero confidence in the quality of their replacement parts and devices, given the condition of the devices that we originally received. They knew what they had promised us, and they knew what they sent us. Why would we expect replacement parts to be any better? All in all, that is the message: they make you promises, but then deliver something else entirely. See the photos for yourself.

I can honestly tell you that no one takes care of you like Josh and his team at United Wireless. There have been times where I have been completely lost, but Josh and his team are very patient with their knowledge to get things right. I couldnt have asked for a better business to partner with. Hands down the best distributor that I have dealt with to date. The entire staff is knowledgeable, always there to help with any technology questions that I might not have the answer to (if the rep Im dealing with doesnt know the answer, they find someone in their organization that does) and never make a promise to me that they cant keep. Purchased an iPhone 7 from them. The home button didnt work. I sent it to them to repair, they returned it said they couldnt fix it and told me I should try to get apple to fix it. Make a long story short. Im out $350.Josh Huneycutt tried to help as long as it didnt cost him anything. When he got involved, he asked me to return the phone to them a second time (of course im paying shipping) and again they return it saying sorry. This entire process took about 4 months. Also, overall their prices are set higher than average.

Had a problem with my personal iphone 8 yesterday and it seems no one could resolve the no signal issue, not Apple nor PP help line. I turned to Page Plus NC the master agent and spoke with Josh. Horrible customer service. Called about a cell phone and was offered the exact opposite of the product I was requesting. Attempting to do business with them is like expecting to fly into South Korea for some authentic Korean BBQ and ending up in Pyongyang and getting a bowl of oppressed rice instead. F**king horrible..... Ordered parts/phone for client that is leaving town. Called numerous time to get tracking number as was not provided on day of shipment. I called the following morning as it was and overnight package which also speaks to the urgency. Obtained the tracking number and saw it was out for delivery. Great.... So I thought. Fedex driver come and ask if I was expecting a COD package. NO!So after paying the MF they send the package out COD. You may have made me lose a sale as my customer is a law student that is going out of town!This is beyond acceptable! NEVER AGAIN, I cannot take the chance ANYMORE!

Company sell Refurbished phones with the term (A stock) condition which should be like new but phones come with really bad scratches and dents and some phones dont even work.It takes about 2 to 3 days to get your Rma Number you must pay your shipping to return a product that didnt work and they say 2 weeks for repair but they take more than 30 days to send them and most of them still come back scratched or non Functioning. I would not recommend this company phones dont come as they are advertised

Ive been in the cellular industry for over 20 years. These days the re-seller programs or MVNOs are causing a huge need for refurbished/used devices ($12B/YR Globally). I found PPNC about 3 years ago and the rest is history. To start, WORK WITH SYDNEY!!! This guy is not only a great representative for PPNC, he is patient, compassionate & willing! ALL NEEDED THESE DAYS!!! If you are unaware, there is a grading scale for used/ref phones (A-F). I did not know this until being educated by Sydney (again 20 yrs & didnt know). I ONLY purchase A stock goods from my ONLY vendor for devices Page Plus NC. I very rarely have issues with devices (RARELY).. However when I have, they have quickly responded to RMA requestes & fix them fast! These guys are also a master agent if you are interested in getting into this arena! To anybody who is considering to order devices from this company I will advice you not to do so, because they are extremely negligent when it comes to customer service, second of all the devices/cellular phones are defective, third the quality of devices looks perfect online but its a totally different situation when you sell the phones to your customers and they start complaining in a daily bases. I return the phones to the company after they approved the RMA request, I also stated that I wanted on exchange, because I still have devices that I had purchased from them back in November of 2011 they have screen issues (green dots), I send them back to the company and they were not fixed, they were shipped back to me with the same issues. I lost more then $200 plus shipping and now they are doing exactly the same thing to me. They are returning 3 phones to me which have many issues: Sim card is inserted on the devices they read it and show a full signal bar, a few minutes after phones have no signal at all and can not make calls or connect to the internet. Also having issues with social sites like Facebook apps etc... As you are talking calls are drop, and phones power off. I will no longer order from Page Plus Nc. Customer service is horrific, they do not give you any updates in regards to RMA requests, I called them to check on the status of this phones the representative said he would call me back within a few minutes and never did, a month past by and no answer from the company, today I called again and they said the phones are been shipped back to me... which Im sure are still having the same issues and have not been repaired just like it happen with the previous order I made in Nov, 2011. Ive lost more than $500 + shipping fees with this company. Ive been in business for more than a decade and never had such a bad experience with a company.
