Made at purchase at the store in Winston Salem at 12:30pm. Guaranteed next day delivery. Called the distribution center and confirmed. When I called the next day to get a time frame, I was told I was bumped to the next day because there wasn’t room. I was not called or emailed. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that my delivery was confirmed for the next day but they could not guarantee my delivery would be able to be delivered after 11am. My husband and I are essential workers and cannot take off to be home for the delivery. I spent two thousand dollars at the store specifically because of the next day delivery. Now my wet laundry has to sit another day.

I was surprised when I stepped inside. Expansive store with plenty of options. Had to ask for assistance for making a purchase, but once the sales agent was engaged he did well. Ron helped us.

Horrible, horrible person at the front desk. She was rude, vulgar, and very unprofessional.

Everyone was super friendly and they were quick to load our merchandise. They were even friendly to each other and were grateful to each other for helping each other out in loading merchandise onto our trailer. Its wonderful to see such team effort!

I called Burlington, NC and Greensboro, NC. I was told different things at both stores. Then find out neither was correct. There needs to be more training for the managers. The floor help did the best they could, I then asked for the manager and that is when the untruths began. I bought an upright freezer and Greensboro price was 100 dollars cheaper. I needed it immediately, and that meant I had to drive to Charlotte to get it. Originally I was told I could pick up at store, then arriving at Greensboro, they then said no pick up available. The next day I drove to Charlotte. Totally I had to drive 400 miles.

I went in to buy a washing machine during their black Friday deals. I Knew exactly what I wanted. The sales assistant who seemed no more than 19 years old attempted to assist us, but did no more than annoy me by trying to show me every thing but what I wanted. He also could not answer any questions I had regarding the product, and instead of finding out, he would just tell me he doesnt know. His manager came over to me assuming I did not speak English and spoke to me slowly like I did not understand financing, which was pretty insulting. Conns is clearly used to broke and uneducated people coming into their store because that is how I was treated.Will never set foot in a Conns again.

How did it get 4 stars?!!! Got here for a pick up at 15:00, signed in (15:20). Its now 18:20 (6:00 p.m.) Drivers please avoid this place...its one of those TRAP PLACES that will eat your clock up when it isnt necessary. Theres just two trucks on the lot!

Had to buy a dryer. Was in and out very quickly. Picked up my dryer same day. Great customer service.

Went there to get a tv told me to go pick it up at warehouse. drive all the way cross town to pick it up they dont have anymore. found it at another store had to go all the cross town again to pick it up when i ask can i get help to take tv out of box to put in car i was told no. And if i want delivery i would have to back to first store which is all the way across town to sign papers to get it delivered. but nobody is offering gas money for me to do it all this driving. Custoner service these dqys is horrible.

First and last delivery I do for this place, I had appoiment Wednesday 10 am, for reasons of mechanics I was a seal to the differential arrived 2 hours later I was told they could not download me until next Tuesday at 10 am. I will never do this place again.
