It is appalling how this company manages to function with its current practices. There is no room for advancement, if you are African American or Latino. There is clear discrimination. Experience, work ethic or loyalty does not matter. Management has no appreciation or respect for employees of color. Employees are openly mocked and ridiculed. African American do not expect to be able to advance in any way at this company. The company has a preconceived idea regarding the roles of people of color. I would not be surprised, if there were claims against them. They may hire as equal opportunity, but once you get in you will not have any opportunity. This discrimination extends to the clients serviced by this company as well.
