It’s been almost 4 weeks havmt received my packages. It says it’s on its way and has says it for the last 6 days now and still nothing. Will never buy anything again that’s is shipped through them. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have two packages I ordered from Macys. They both have been sitting at this location for five days now. I did try to call and was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. From what I have read, it would appear my packages are being reviewed to see if anything is of value. I do not understand why, with the national reputation this company has, anyone would use them. If my items are stolen, I hope the drivers enjoy the towel and the handbag. Update at 9:30 on Aug 31, now when I check the item I am told they have it in their hands and are awaiting my instructions, and I emailed them through their contact form because they wont answer the phone. Update at 10:00 chatting with someone who has now asked me twice to verify my address. Update on Sept 1, the packages are showing as exception. I have now verified my address, the very address on the packages and I am still waiting. I have emailed them via their contact form as they simply will not answer the phone. Hey people if you expect me to contact you, answer your phone!!
This company clearly operates only to steal. Marked my package delivered. I was home all day, they never came. Enjoy the cat food I guess. I was trying to order directly from the manufacturer on a recurring subscription but unfortunately the company is now losing my business due to their choice to ship through these crooks. Hope CMPD does something about this company soon.
When I received my package it was opened and like the seal of the package was very lose like the package was open. I give two stars because I feel that the package should have been in better condition then it was. Also the package was delayed. Because of something unexpected happened. But however I did finally get my package. It just took longer than expected, just know your package might be open or later than what it tells you. I normally don’t even give reviews but I feel people should know. So I wish you good luck!
I had a very similar experience to most of what I’ve read in the reviews.- They claim they made an attempt to deliver but “additional information was needed” or “package was undeliverable”. My home is in the open and anyone could walk right up to my door to leave a package.- Days of delay and tracking updates repeating the same messages seeming to have no signs of progress or likelihood that I would soon receive my order.- I finally reached out to customer care only to be misled into thinking that my package would be available at the hub for pickup. I had to make this request because Lasership couldn’t seem to get it right.- Once I arrived at the hub, the continuous negative reviews made total sense. No one was dressed in any way to indicate that they represented the company. Packages were literally out in the open for anyone to steal if they wanted. I waited for 20-30 mins to ultimately be told that they didn’t know where my package was despite customer service saying that it would be there.Any company that uses Lasership can kiss my business goodbye. They absolutely can not be trusted to deliver your package(s).
My experience is pretty much the same as everything else I see on here. How is a company this bad still allowed to operate. They should be treated like restaurants. If they get below a certain rating, they are shut down. Ordered some shoes from Nike, and of course they lost my package. Although Im sure it was stolen. Its like this company is owned & operated by crooks & incompetent people.
Was suppose to get 2 pairs of shoes stated on app they were delivered. Was home sitting in the living with door open no package ever came this is the second time this has happened thru this company. The workers are stealing these packages. The say call customer service for them to investigate. I want my product not money back. I wish Nike wouldn’t use them!!
I had a package from Ulta delivered through them and it was marked as delivered but never showed up. When I put in a dispute, they closed the case without even telling me. Just to add to how suspicious this company is, every time you call you get the message we have a high volume of calls right now and wait times are unusually high but then if you just press 9 to get a person and let the message continue to play, you get a person right away. They also marked it was delivered to my front door despite the fact that I live in a complex with a dedicated mail and package room so if youre stuck with them, make sure to put that info in for delivery instructions so maybe they have no excuse. Will update again with my replacement package.
Good luck ever seeing your package if these guys are delivering. My packages end up at everybody’s door but mine. I pretty much know what companies I order from will ship through here, so I make sure I choose pickup via fedex/ups and not the standard shipping. Want to make sure I avoid having my packages end up in the hands of this company.
Nothing positive to say. Two times they have tried..... key word tried to deliver a package to me and have yet to come through. With the latest package they have tried FOUR times .... they say.... but repeatedly say they can not get through the gate. EVERY OTHER company has no problem. But them. Pasteur
In the past 2 weeks I have unfortunately had this company delivering 3 packages for me. All 3 were not even near delivery date and dont try to even make sense of the tracking. I am still waiting on the last package and it has gone to some crazy explanation that they are doing the best they can to deliver.I will be asking from now on how something will be delivered and not order!!!
I hope your business gets shut down...My sons sneakers that i purchased for his birthday was stolen by one of your employees.. Something that I know happens very often if your company receives the shipment.. The tracking for his shoes stopped moving the minute your business got it... Nike gave me a refund but i will be writing the BBB about your shady business practices.
How do you lose a package, but continue to have tracking on the same lost package? At this point my package has arrived at the LaserShip Facility three different times, not to mention I paid extra for 1-3 day shipping and it’s going on two weeks now. I don’t understand how they’re still in business; they’re the Spirit Airlines of package couriers.
They claim to not be able to deliver packages when they don’t even attempt to deliver them. I ran in circles with their customer support (after being on hold for 10 minutes), and my package kept getting pushed back further and further. It finally arrived a week later than it was supposed to and was half opened and in horrible condition. Thankfully nothing I ordered was fragile because it would’ve been destroyed. The two stars I’m giving them are simply for the fact that it got here at all, which is more than can be said for most of the reviews I’ve read
Grand RisingThis place is the worst shipping assistant that any legitimate company can use to help with their shipping needs. PLEASE PLEASE be aware that you will never get your item. I don’t care how much you speak to customer service and they tell you it’s coming, it won’t arrive! Status goes from received to return to sender. How? Only they know. Crazy thing is the send never receive the item back either. They are located in NC 28214. The warehouse looks even more suspect in this location. They are opening the packages and clearly keeping what they want at our expense. No corporate number is available per their reps. Also they will end calls if they feel you are asking to many questions HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! Zero stars if possible!
This company is stealing packages. Multiple reviews say the same thing I experienced. $100’s of missing items.Literally said out for delivery one minute then the next said delivered. Package was never delivered. First day said they made an attempt to deliver but “additional information was needed” or “package was undeliverable”. I never have any issues and have a leasing office. This is complete trash. Like look at the times in the image. it’s 2021. They have to be smarter than that.
THEY STEAL PACKAGES! I went to their facility today to request my package only to be told that someone there at the warehouse stole my package! After waiting on my package that arrived in the Charlotte facility on 9/9 according their own site, I began calling to confirm my address because previous packages from other companies shipped through Lasership NEVER arrived at my home. Each time I called (7 total) I was told package would arrive next day. When I went to the facility, the worker tried to enforce some rule of not allowing customer pickups. But nope! I demanded she look up my package. Finally she comes back out way more humble to inform me that a worker there at the facility stole my package. She also informed me that they had police at the facility yesterday due to other thefts. I strongly recommend when ordering online, please check which shipping carriers are used. If Lasership is one of them, either dont order or pay for next day shipping. This company is a scam. No company should use them as a shipping carrier.
My tracking is never updated in a timely manner. This is the 3rd time the company has informed me of tracking info that is inconsistent with this shipper. Their tracking simply says awaiting receipt of package. Additionally, their virtual agent could not comprehend simple grammar.
I wish I could give no stars. They sit on their thrown of lies….ABSOLUTELY NO ONE MADE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. NO ONE. I have cameras and I’m always at home so I would know if someone tried to deliver my package. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say peoples’ packages aren’t being delivered due to laziness. I have never heard of this place before today. They say I need to provide more information for my delivery. I don’t think they attempted to deliver my package. I live in the first house of my neighborhood and haven’t had any problems with any other companies. Whenever I see they are delivering, I will just cancel my order from now on
IF YOU ORDER FROM NIKE SNKRS DO NOT CHOOSE STANDARD SHIPPING!!! If you do, there’s a chance this trash company will be in charge of delivering your package and you won’t receive it. Their employees will steal it and mark it as delivered. I don’t know where they get their employees but I’ve never had a good experience with laser ship. From packages showing up after 10pm when I’m trying to sleep to packages not showing up at all because the drivers run off with them. Terrible company. I have no clue how they are even in business. Customer service is zero help. They couldn’t care less about the packages their employees are handling. The worst company I’ve had to deal with.
I have been waiting on my shoes from Nike for over a week. Nike need to do better because refunding me my money is not goning to fix the issue. Its hard enough to actually win the shoe and when I win the shoe its stolen! This is bad business I hope whoever stole my shoes goes to HELL!
How do you deliver a several hundred dollar package to the wrong address, and allow some random person to sign for it. My address is clearly marked and easily able to be found. Pathetic and unprofessional. Why a company would choose this one to ship their products when you have a 1.5 star rating is a way of thinking that, thankfully, I dont understand.
Very nervous with my package coming from these guys considering all these negative reviews— so far it’s been delayed by one day but currently says out for delivery so HOPEFULLY I receive my package today! Will update this review once I do receive (or don’t receive) my package! Fingers crossed.
AWFUL COMPANY. I WAS ORDERING a shirt to watch my first MLB game. I ordered 1-2 shipping from the Cincinnati team store. Since it shipped on Monday, I expected it Tues or Wednesday. NO! On Wednesday still in the Charlotte area. Thursday, still in the Charlotte facility. THEN THERE IS DELAY. WHAT DELAY!!! It did not show up until Friday. I still do not know how this company is still functioning. TERRIBLE!!!!
I don’t know why company’s still use this company as a 3rd party shipping. My packages have been sent to them to deliver to me 4 different times now. Over a week late every time. Just seen 3 days ago (when my package was supposed to be here) that laser ship has my package I stopped even tracking it, they gonna get it to me when they get it to me.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had an order from Old Navy that I never received. I’ve never had a problem before with my orders from Old Navy until they used this trashy company. I don’t understand how they are still in business from all of the negative comments. I called 2 days in a row after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes and was told on each day my package was in transit. You can walk several states over and get your packages faster than using Lasership. My package has been in Charlotte for 7 days… and still hasn’t gotten to me. It’s almost like a punishment for not choosing a faster service.
I have been in contact with this company and their customer service is HORRIBLE, the only reason that a star is there us for the 3rd young lady that I spoke that finally was able to tell me what happened with my package. They send you a notification stating that the package has been delivered and I wasnt home. But the time that they allegedly came at 9:23 this morning I was outside of my home watering my flowers. I had to call 3 times in order to speak with a representative that spoke clearer English to understand from her that they had the wrong address. She then told me that it was sent over wrong from the company wrong which is hard to believe because I have had deliveries with them in the past with no issues. Not sure who these people are but from looking at the reviews, I know my feelings arent alone.

How are they still in business? Better yet, why do companies continue to use their services for shipping? I believe my package that was shipped from Old Navy was immediately missing upon arrival at LaserShip in Charlotte, NC. Since no one would respond to me from LaserShip, I contacted Old Navy and they could tell immediately that my package was missing. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
This company is by far the worst carrier ever, I don’t understand how my package has arrived at the LaserShip Facility three different times but has yet to be delivered, make it make sense lasership. They’re delivery dates are inaccurate my package was due to arrived 9/15 it’s now 9/17 and so far my package has been redelivered 3 times to lasership facility at different hours of the day. I have order 2 times from Reebok and unfortunately they use laser ship every time for shipping . The items says delivered when clearly it was never delivered. Call the customer service number to arrange to pick up my package and the agent said someone will call me back and no one ever did . Couldn’t deliver my package because they needed “more information” then it said delivered to front door the next day. No package. I called and tried to fix any misinformation. Trying to talk to a physical person is a joke, you’re on hold for ten minutes. Just for them to claim the package was actually still in the warehouse. They asked me to call them back so when I did they told me they have sent it back to the sender. Now the sender cannot give me any information because it states it has been delivered. It’s been a non stop battle to get any useful help from them.
The worst shipping company on the planet. My PS5 got “lost” never even attempted to be delivered. My limited shoes from Nike got swapped out for some 70$ cleats. They are awful. Shut this place down

Was a little skeptical as first cause I had never heard of this deliver company that was delivering my sons ps5 but there were on time and the package was in excellent condition
I placed an order with Ulta on 9/2. The package was out for delivery on 9/8, but their tracking says it was unable to be delivered. I reached out to their customer service on 9/8, but never got a response. Its 9/21 now and the package still hasnt shown up. I am guessing based on the other reviews that I will never actually receive the order.For reference, I ordered more than one item from Ulta on the same order. They shipped part of the order with Lasership and the other part with UPS. The part that was shipped via UPS arrived on 9/5 with no issues.
Absolutely the worst parcel carrier in the world. Late delivery, no tracking updates, lying customer service reps. I have stopped buying from all businesses who use Lasership and recommend everyone do the same.
Consistent with other reviews, someone at the Lasership facility in Charlotte, NC appears to have stolen my SNKRS package as well (actually the same style of shoes as another negative review/shipped last week). It follows the same pattern, package marked as needing more info, updated a few days later saying contact them but backdated to the original date, Lasership not responding to inquiries and giving evasive answers, and so forth. When you do get someone on the phone they just put you on hold in perpetuity/never come back to the line.
They have lost 2 packages out of 2 sent to me. One from Nike and one from Walmart. They show delivered and they never show up. I have cameras all around my house so I know better than the tracking lies provided. This place is a low cost provider that will be out of business by the end of the year.
Extremely horrible service and will not answer my calls about a missing package. They have held onto my package for multiple days and it has been extremely delayed. I hope you never need to receive a package from them, because their shipping service is horrifying.

Like countless other reviews, I also never got a SNKRS shipment from LaserShip and there was sketchy tracking status updates which lead me to believe the delivery driver or someone at LaserShip stole my package. Nike refunded me but they were exclusive access Lightning 4s!!! So yea this company is trash and I hope Nike catches on soon, they gotta be losing money all these SNKRS shoes they keep refunding are expensive.

Sneakerheads all know lasership has a reputation for valuable packages disappearing. They finally got me too. Two pairs of Jordans from Nike were loaded onto a delivery vehicleand sent out for delivery but the shoes were somehow lost inside the delivery vehicle never to be found. This is a common occurrence that Nike customers have come to expect when a delivery is coming through lasership. Its amazing this shipping company has any customers at all with the reputation theyve created for themselves.Update:They stole another pair of Jordans from me. They didnt even try to hide the fact that they stole my shoes this time. Tracking information shows the shoes were loaded onto a delivery vehicle and delivered to my house in literally 1 minute. I dont understand why its so hard for them to stop stealing shoes. I just had an unresolved dispute with LaserShip closed through the BBB that was open for months. From my interaction with LaserShip it seems like they really dont care that employees are stealing from us. They wont stop stealing from us until theyre finally shut down.

Lost my Nike package. Called them every 2 days for 2 weeks. Went to the HQ, they said my package was “lost”. Even though tracking said It was scanned in at thar location. They probably stole It. Wish Nike would cut ties with this trash company

How about your people coordinate their lunch garbage back out of the trailer the same way they brought it in, rather than tossing it on the floor. You can just walk in and out when it is docked. Driver shouldnt have to climb up the back to clean up after you d!psh!ts.
This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered several packages from Nordstrom and every time this company says they attempted delivery, or left the package, which they have not. Then they will not give you a straight answer when you try to find out what is going on. When it does arrive late,(if it arrives) it will smell like its been sitting in a room full of smokers. THE WORST EVER!!!!
I kept checking the tracking to see when laser ship would deliver my very well needed package. I got tired. 2 weeks and still no delivery. It’s just sitting there in their lasership location, like nobody’s problem. I will no longer use any company that uses lasership, ever ever ever! Horrible

I’ve informed Amazon that I will request cancellation on any order that uses Lasership. Not only are their deliveries slow and often inaccurate but the customer service is even worse somehow. To online retailers: PLEASE stop using Lasership.
This company delivered my birthday dress to the wrong home. Luckily I was able to get there in enough time before someone took it.
Terrible company pretty sure employees stole my package which I paid over $200 dollars for and mark the package as delayed then later in the same day said it was delivered. Very unprofessional, no customer support, if you have a inquiry they’ll make you wait days to hear back from them. I wish i could give them NO STARS. If you have a package coming from them just know it’s THIEVES in the work place! Very disappoint and they don’t care about the customer not one bit. I even tried to come to theWarehouse to see if they had my package and they acted clueless and if they didn’t know how to handle the situation.
I am convinced they are stealing package at this location. It received multiple updates from them stating my package is at the North Carolina facility. I was supposed to receive the earlier this week. Now all of a sudden they are saying they do not have my items. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB
This is my second review for a Company and I would have preferred to provide a great review (there is enough negativity in the world already); however, after careful consideration I felt it necessary to provide a poor one in this instance.Every order I have placed online since Lasership has been handling deliveries to my home has been sent back to the sender. I called customer service every time I found this out by tracking the package and was told the driver could not find my address because Google maps was putting the driver three houses down from me. Could the driver not look at the numbers on the mailboxes? Could the driver not call my phone, which was clearly shown on the label of each package, for directions? Before now, I have never had a problem with any other carriers (ex. Fedex, UPS, etc.). Very poor service!!

These guys have lost packages sent to me from Nike. They do not answer phones or emails regarding packages lost. Their drivers must be selling this stuff on the weekends. Its so bad I dont order from Nike or Walmart at all anymore. After 5 lost shipments I gave up. They did get one of 6 total. These guys make the Post Office look good.
They said the driver was unsure of the address and that the house they were delivering to was shady. And since no one was home to confirm they returned the package to the seller.My package was coming to my business in the city with my name in big letters on my store front. I have a lot of trouble believing that they couldn’t find my business. They even called to confirm where it was.
Worst company to ship anything I paid for 3day shipping package arrived 2 days late I asked could I pick package up they said that I could they would notify me but the package was still delivered without any notification. All around bad business

Yet another “missing” / stolen package. I have every call recorded so I can share the lies and the unprofessionalism with the supervisor who apparently leaves at 3. Filing a claim this time, it’s going to court and no I don’t want a refund. I want market value for what the package they stole is actually worth. Just a pair of shoes but it’s the principal. Never received my order. In fact a return label was created. Called the company and they couldnt give me any update. I live 4 hours away. For 10 days it kept saying my package was in transit in which it still does and I kept receiving a new estimated date of delivery. Didnt know a return label was even created until I spoke with Nike. Im convinced my package was definitely stolen.
Im irritated and dismayed by the poor service this company provides. Apparently just about every package shipped through then has a problem. The shipper - in my case GAP - will refund after a period of time, but you are back at square one without the item you needed with nothing except a lot of wasted time.

Ordered from Nike who uses “Lasership” in my area to deliver certain items. Was told my package was shipped from Nike… arrived in my city and placed on a truck for deliver. Long story short… it never arrived!!! Called customer service for lasership and spoke to a guy working from home out of the country!!! Tf! Which led to nothing to say the least. Decided to visit the lasership office and was told my package never made it on to the deliver truck and is no where to be found! Real sketchy

This company is not legit. Their tracking services are not up to date. Called several times to ask about my package and they kept saying it was in transit 2 weeks later. Called again because Nike never received any information on the package. Finally called Lasership once again and they said my package from Nike never left the lasership facility. So obviously something went wrong and now my package is lost or stolen. Doesn’t make sense. I’m pretty sure someone stole it within the facility because they couldn’t give me a straight answer. This company shouldn’t be a shipper for any company at all.
Waiting on a delivery the app I ordered from used them. Website shows delivery to Charlotte no updates since arriving in Charlotte two days ago. I live one hour and ten minutes away from company. Can’t get an answer about when I will receive my product and customer service reps seem annoyed even though I’m the reason you have a job. Will call company I ordered from and strongly suggest they don’t use them anymore. I’ve received orders quicker coming from China
I had a box shipped to me through LaserShip and for weeks it said Out for delivery and then would go back to the facility saying They needed more information I spoke to someone on the phone to confirm they had the right address and contacted them numerous times through the website to confirm my address and then one day they just decide to THROW MY PACKAGE AWAY. How on earth it is legal to throw someone elses mail away when theyve been in contact with you is beyond me. When I called customer service their response was It happens. And then told me to go ask for a refund from the shipper and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher up (Spoke to Kacper if the employer decided to read this review). I cant believe they call this place a business. Never use this company!
They will steal your package and swear it was delivered; even if you have video evidence proving otherwise. lol
A package I ordered wasn’t received and the only information available in the tracking history was “more information required”; however, what additional information was needed was not provided, nor did I have a means of providing any information anywhere in the tracking history. I called the company I ordered from who told me my package wasn’t delivered because no one was home & she provided me with Laser Ship’s phone number. I live in an apartment complex with storage lockers & work during the day. I can’t understand why the secure package lockers weren’t utilized nor can I understand why they wouldn’t have left the package at my door instead. I work full time & will not be sitting at home waiting for a package. This has been a terrible experience & I hope to never receive a delivery from Laser Ship ever again!PS- I’ve been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time with Laser Ship (7+mins), I will be surprised if anyone ever answers the phone at this point.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE OR GOT A RETURN EMAIL OR CALL FROM LASERSHIP. JUST AWFUL
They have removed my post because I caught one of the workers opening boxes on a Saturday. I provided upper management pictures and then they said that is normal for the employees to open packages.
Its hit or miss if I ever receive my orders. When I do receive them they smell strong of weed. By the time I dont receive them the store where I ordered from is always out of stock to replace. It always says delivered at front door when thats a lie as I have cameras. This company is horrible and needs to shut down.
Never received my package. I guess it was stolen or lost by this “company” which I’ve never heard of before. Worst company everrr!!!!!!!
I’m sincerely convinced someone at this facility STOLE my package. My item was a Nike launch shoe that is completely sold out now. It was delivered to the Charlotte location. It was at that facility for three days but never left the Charlotte location. And now all of a sudden it says my package is lost and undeliverable?? That doesn’t make sense to me. This is a smaller company, I’m sure they don’t have nearly as much traffic as FedEx or UPS. So how do all of these packages keep getting “lost”. It’s obvious they have nothing but thieves working here. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint. I only gave them 1 star to post this review because they definitely don’t deserve any.
Order was marked as delivered with no answer. Called company and they said it wasnt shipped or scanned and would be going out that day. Called the company that my order was placed with and the said they received a lost package notification from LaserShip. Not sure why companies still use this as their shipping after years of complaints. Sometimes going the cheap route ends up costing more money. Item sold out and cannot be ordered again. Nothing will come of it because the person (s) involved already got what they wanted. Disgusted with this company. Wish I could add a negative star.
Stole my Nike shoes after a release. $500 Jordan 11 Adapts. They were scanned arrived at 8:35am, out for delivery at 8:36am, delivered at 8:37am. Nike would not refund me either because Lasership claims they delivered. Employees are definitely stealing packages with Nike tape for themselves.
Theyve been responsible for two of my missing packages in the last week. over $300 worth of items are now gone.
Sorry I cant give ZERO stars! This place is full of thieves and crooks. I have purchased two pairs of Nike launch shoes that made to Charlotte LaserShip facility, stay there for over a week, made it onto the truck for delivery then MYSTERIOUSLY disappear! After reading the other comments, I have no idea how these people are still in business. My only recourse was to complain to Nike how their customers are being ripped off by the thieves at LaserShip and report them to the BBB.
I have to say, the reviews had me super scared that I wouldn’t get my order. I placed an order with VS on Sunday and it was delivered via Lasership on Wednesday morning before 11am. I was checking the tracking and saw that it marked delivered. The doorbell didn’t ring or anything, so (after reading all these reviews) I was just hoping that my package was in my driveway or at the very least, stuffed in the mailbox. I was very pleasantly surprised to open the door and see my package on my porch on my doormat. I realize that this is how it’s supposed to be, but I feel like most people only bother to give a review when they have a bad or an exceptional experience. I’m writing this review because in this instance, they did the job as it was supposed to be done, so giving credit where credit is due.
So I will just be honest ordered some shoes for a new launch and this was the company that was suppose to deliver. The tracking showed it sitting at this location for 2 days just for the 3 day to say it’s was “lost” the people with this company aren’t genuine at all! I even went up to the facility and there was a woman who saw me ringing the door bell just sit there watching me and never opened the door! Like that tells you a lot ... smh
Very unorganized and unreliable shipping service. Dont expect a lot from these guys.
