In March 2016, our company contracted with Network Essentials/TenFeet to migrate our company email to a new platform. The past three months have been a comedy of delays, miscommunication, and frustration; we have had to constantly stay on top of them to make any progress, and while we expected quirks and hiccups, they failed to address any of the issues despite our reminders. This morning, with the migration just four days away on July 1st, Network Essentials informed us that they were not a good fit and pulled out. They were disrespectful of our time and our needs, and after complaining to the owner, we were told were too small to be worth it. Atrocious customer service, unprofessional from the top-down.
