I was getting a new account set up and Dan was a rock star! He walked me through the steps with patience, professionalism, and humor. Technology is not my wheelhouse, but he never made me feel stupid or like I was asking terrible questions. A very comfortable and easy call that went very smoothly.

Helpfulness and technical knowledge are great. If your company wants to avoid the burden of setting up in-house I.T., this is the way to go. They have a responsive help-desk model and efficient workflow.
