HIGHLY responsive with quality output.
I reached out to Kyle for some guidance and expertise on a network design project I had for my masters program. Kyle made him available immediately and answered all of my questions pertaining to product information, rankings, & specs based the assumed space. If I were looking to implement a network or revamp an outdated one Kyle and The Network Essentials would be my first contact. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
Network Essentials was a great help in transitioning from our prior IT support company. We were on the brink of a catastrophic failure of our server with a backup procedure that was not functioning at all. They put us on a priority, and they were able to successfully get a clean backup to transfer the data to our new server. Our previous IT company had recommended a server very similar to the one we had that would have been insufficient for our needs before it was even installed. Network Essentials did a thorough analysis of our needs and we now have a solution that will handle our data requirements for at least the next 3 to 5 years. We now have peace of mind that our data from 15 years of business is secure and up to date. I would highly recommend Kyle and his team of professionals.
Having worked with the management team at Network Essentials for almost 6 months, I can honestly say that the attention to detail this company calls standard is amazing. All is will be dotted and all ts crossed when you choose Network Essentials to protect and serve your company. Not only does Network Essentials provide outstanding service to all their clients, they truly love and serve the community they work in. Their partnership with so many local charities further enforces their commitment to Charlotte area.
In March 2016, our company contracted with Network Essentials to migrate our company email to a new platform. The past three months have been a comedy of delays, miscommunication, and frustration; we have had to constantly stay on top of them to make any progress, and while we expected quirks and hiccups, they failed to address any of the issues despite our reminders. This morning, with the migration just four days away on July 1st, Network Essentials informed us that they were not a good fit and pulled out. They were disrespectful of our time and our needs, and after complaining to the owner, we were told were too small to be worth it. Atrocious customer service, unprofessional from the top-down.
Stephen, Unfortunately we had the identical responses from this company over 5 years ago. After purchasing a network and contracting for one year of full service backup and monitoring support they pulled our support with the same reason: we were too small to bother with. Our next IT service provider informed us the backups for our financials were never done after three months. They just stopped responding and complained about us as a customer. Im surprised they are still in business.
