Excellent Company to work for with outstanding customer service. The best IT Managed Service provider in NC period.

We purchased a new enterprise phone system and IT hardware and software. They sold this great platform with detailed reporting and easy functionality. The phone system itself is good, but we had to replace 4 phones in the first year out of 26 due to malfunctions. ATCOM could not get reporting to work properly, and now after over a year, they tell us sorry, we cant do what you want. This was a big selling point for our business. Their IT support has been less than impressive and we have already moved to another company for IT support. They billed us for IT when they were working on the phones, which was included in our service package. We would not purchase from them again and would not recommend them for phones or IT.

Of all my technology partners, ATCOM is my favorite. The sales team took time to understand what we needed, and the operations team delivered. This is a team who is committed to client satisfaction. I highly recommend ATCOM.

Would not recommend. We ended up having to switch to another provided within the Mitel network. After 15 months our phones (which we paid over $450/piece) are now considered worthless. Beware of the being oversold and overpromised. All customer service issues must be logged via email and sometimes it’s days before you get a reply. Nothing but headaches and Atcom basically abandoned us when they realized we weren’t happy with their services and what was sold to us.

Our Company has been working with Atcom for IT and phone support for over 5 years and we have had a great experience. They are prompt to answer my calls and emails and the support team has always provided me and my team with excellent service. We have the same Mitel phones today that we installed 5 years ago with zero problems. They work together with our corporate office in New Jersey along with our corporate office in Italy with praises from both teams. They have helped us move servers, add servers and add new lines and they will be on sight to add wi-fi to our new building expansion. I would highly recommend this company to small and large businesses. Everyone is easy to work with and offer solutions with a friendly professional approach.

Working with them for almost the last 2 years since I began working in Charlotte, I have not had an issue that couldnt be easily resolved.
