The actual service/cleaning of the car was done very well. However, contrary to what the owner stated, he quoted one price over the phone and then charged a different price (double the quote) stating that it was my misunderstanding. I deal with clients and pricing everyday and am therefore very specific in asking the questions necessary. I did not misunderstand and if he felt there was any misunderstanding as the business owner, it is his responsibility to clarify that prior to the service being performed and billed. I will not be using this service again.
